I called them to see if they were interested in buying a dryer Im trying to sell for my grandma. She bought it brand new less than a year ago, full retail is $699. I told them Im looking to get about $400-450 out of it. The man I talked to was nice and let me down easy telling me they werent interested, but I could hear another man in the background being incredibly rude, acting put-out that I would even consider asking for that much money out of a basically brand new LG gas dryer. Maybe the buying experience with these guys is good, but I would recommend going somewhere else if you are looking to sell anything nice.

If you are looking for used appliances on a budget, this place is a hidden treasure.

We recently went to Precision Appliance in SLC to purchase a gently used washer. The experience was regretful. The employee who assisted us was rude and became offended when we requested to inspect the inside of the washer. Forget about negotiating a price, when we attempted to negotiate the listed price he stated that price was no longer valid, he threatened to increase the price because we had requested to inspect the washer. Unreal experience.

Just bought a nice used Frigidaire upright freezer here. Fair price & owner seemed pleasant and straightforward to deal with. They helped me load and unload my old one that I traded in. I will update if there are any issues with the freezer operation.

These guys are the absolute best. Dont go anywhere else! Theyve always been so honest with us. We have even received free advice from them on how to do minor repairs ourselves. Before you spend another fortune on something at a big box store, check them out!

I had a great experience at Precision Appliance! I went in yesterday to find a stackable washer and dryer and Karen was a huge help. Very nice and easy to talk to. She helped me find the right washer and dryer for my space and scheduled an installation for today. The delivery/installation team was awesome. Very courteous and helpful. It turns out there is a problem with my drain and they did their very best to help me out and told me what to tell my landlord so that it can get fixed. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a good deal on appliances.

Very disappointed. Was impressed after they told me that they test every appliance before selling to make sure they work. Sadly this definitely is a lie. Dryer didnt even work once and so I had to bring it back to the store if I wanted to get it fixed. It was easier and quicker for me to just find another dryer online and then return the one I got from their store to save myself the hassle of taking it back to the store and coming back another day to pick it up once it was fixed.

A great used appliance store, delivery and install was etc. But the warranty is sound and prices really great.

Ive been purchasing refurbished washer/dryer sets for years, but my first purchase with Precision was in April 2018. They are very knowledgeable and friendly and have terrific prices, but my experience overall was mixed. While the washer worked great from the moment they delivered it, the dryer did not - it ran but didnt heat. After three service calls over a month period of time it is finally working, but I wasnt always kept in the loop about service plans, which changed frequently, and I had to follow up quite a bit. I was even told at one point Id have to bring the dryer back for a day of testing, which was neither convenient nor feasible. I am not certain Ill be a repeat customer.

My fridge kept leaking water all over my kitchen so my husband and I decided to look for a new fridge. We found a stainless steel refrigerator from precision appliance on ksl for $550. Brand new they are normally over $3,000 so we were a bit skeptical, but based on their reviews and 90 day guarantee we decided to go for it. The fridge is still running awesome! On my way here with my brother and wife, I told them, “these guys are either going to get 3 1 star reviews or 3 5 star reviews”I first saw an ad of their stainless steel fridge on KSL for $550 and sometimes with used appliances you’re taking a bet but these guys advertised a 90 guarantee so we were going to try them out.When the manager showed us the fridge, he said it was normally a $3,000 fridge. I asked him why it was so inexpensive and he said it was because of a small ding on the front and because the ink was warn where it showed ice on the ice maker. I was still nervous so I looked up their reviews and as you can see they have excellent reviews so I took a shot.I did look up the retail value of the fridge and it was actually selling new for $3,200 so he undervalued the new price of it.We have been using this fridge for a few weeks now and it’s excellent! Ice maker and water works flawlessly, everything’s cold and the fridge holds twice as much volume as our previous fridge!Now you never know what’s going to happen with used appliances but with their 90 guarantee and their tech service, if you’re on a budget and want some NICE appliances, go with these guys!!(This is one of three 5 star reviews)

The store is bigger than the 3300 s location and had a bigger selection of washers and dryers and fridges but there were actually fewer of the glass top stoves that we were looking for. Friendly customer service but also less attentive than the other store.

Had to return because it didnt get hot that cost me 100 bucks in Lost work their warranty makes you bring to their shop .
