We had an extraordinarily good experience working with Ferguson on a recent remodel! Choosing bathroom fixtures and a tub is a difficult process. There are an infinite number of possibilities for fixture combinations! We also wanted some special features like heat zones in the bathtub that complicated our search. Sasha at Ferguson expertly helped us through this process. She and everyone we worked with were attentive and helpful. We paid a fair price and delivery was easy to coordinate. Our bathroom is beautiful! These experiences alone warrant 5 stars but there is more. Signature hardware shorted us a couple of components on our tub faucet. One component was required to finish tile. Ferguson and SH coordinated and got us the part next day so we would not have to delay our contractor. The second part was sent soon after. Ferguson and SH truly stand by their products! We will be working with them in the future.

I had great service a year ago..!!Today not so much.....Called 3 times and was given the phone run around....I just needed to make an appointment to pick new kitchen appliancesCould not get an appointment !!I guess I will have to find them elsewhere..... I still love the showroom...

I have been a dissatisfied customer with the Dacor Cooktop I purchased last March 2020. Veronica Zane, my sales person, has been very helpful in the process of getting this resolved. She has been very responsive to all my emails and contacted the the Dacor company to get the problem solved. Thank you.

Good selection of kitchen, bath, lighting, etc. But I dont feel like they ever have enough staff to help you. If you ask, theyll help you, and theyre good at it. But you have to find someone to ask for help.

I was overwhelmed when I walked in to look at bathroom faucets and shower things. I had NO IDEA what I was getting myself into. I was very thankful there was someone there to help me with the many choices. The shower head he helped me pick out is PERFECT. That was the main thing I really, really, really wanted. The other things he told me I needed to pick out first. But once I saw that shower head, I was in love. I had to plan everything else around it. But luckily there were plenty of choices and he helped me. Great selection (maybe too much for someone like me).

I made an appointment several days in advance. Drove an hour to their showroom and their door was locked. I called, I waited and no one showed up. No one called to cancel this appointment in advance. We were planning to buy a fridge, stove, microwave, and dishwasher from the GE cafe line which retails for about $5-7k, which they knew.

Service was great! Worked with Veronica and she really spent time working on getting me the look that I wanted in my budget. We were also on a tight schedule so they shipped our valves the next day and waited for me to give them the go ahead before shipping my tub and faucets for next day delivery. Very happy with the shipment and delivery time :) cant wait to install my new master bathroom ☺

Amazing place and even better service.

Walked in and had horrible customer service from the front desk woman. She was extremely rude. We Asked to see a sales man, and without even looking at us said, “Okay...” we then stated we were looking for a Tub; again, no eye contact... She replied “I’ll send someone out”. We walked around for 10-15min waiting. Nobody helped us. We finally had to ask for help from one of the showroom floor offices. Not impressed. Never going back, & never recommending their services. Very disappointed.

I called ferguson after being treated sub par at standard plumbing. Jonie addressed all my needs quickly and efficiently through phone calls and emails. I was super impressed with her knowledge and quick response. Needless to say I bought two great products. The referral of the service crew who did the installation was superb! I will definitely purchase everything here! New remodel coming next year and I am so glad to have reliable professional people to work with!!! Buy local!!! I could have purchased online but personal service is really underrated in this tech world. Thanks again Ferguson😀

I walked in not knowing exactly what I needed. I walked around and had a very nice lady come and help me pick out some shower heads. She informed me on what i would be needing and gave me different options with different price ranges. I am on a tight budget and am happy with what I purchased there today. Thank you.

If you walk in without an interior designer you will not even get a hello. We left and went to standard plumbing down the road and were given a warm welcome and great assistance. Needless to say, we are buying all our kitchen and 2 bathroom needs there. Too bad, Ferguson!
