I received a sample from my doctor that was two months ago. A tech person came out over a week and half ago with the wrong supplies but he was sure enough made me do the paper work to become a customer. Was suppose to come back the following week with the supplies. Must of got lost because no tech, no phone and no excuse. Now two months later they are re-scheduling the appointment. Is this away to run a company and I wonder if they billed my insurance company. Instead I am experiencing sore throat, dry mouth and I bet the items are causing this.
I was visiting from out of town and had forgotten the elbow piece to my cpap machine at home. This was the closest cpap supply to me, it was 45 mins away. So I called to see if they had the piece I needed rather then drive there for no reason. After sitting on hold for 40 mins I finally was able to get ahold of someone. After telling the woman what piece I needed, she said she would have to check with one of the respiratory therapists. Not sure why she couldnt just look herself? Of course they were both busy, so she took my number and said she would call me back as soon as she spoke to one of them. Did she ever call me back? Nope! I ended up having to duct tape my cpap hose to my mask because these people couldnt do their jobs! If youre looking for any sort of help and customer service you will not find it here.
Great service, instruction from the nurse!! She was extremely nice, efficient and understanding.
