Friendly staff who greeted me upon entering and helped me find exactly what I was looking for. The lady who helped me was also nice enough to explain to me how to get the device to turn on for the first time after purchase. I’ll definitely come back.

Would give 0 stars if I could. Made a few purchases before, staff was less than welcoming but decent. We got kicked out for “stealing,” with no items stolen. Obnoxious yelling for no reason. I know it’s a sex store but come on, have a bit of class. Never coming back, even if I could. SUPPORT SMALL POC BUSINESS ONLINE and DONT GO HERE!!!

Lady with the long hair and glasses was very rude and offensive when I asked a question and she corrected me and threatened to ask me to leave. I’m giving a one star because I have worked in customer service for over 15 years And that all types of customers even lobbyists, politicians, brass military, and celebrities. If I ever showed that behavior like how that lady showed to me I would be in deep deep Kimchi with my reputation. I will never do business with this store again And I do not recommend unless the lady can take some MiraLax and prove how she can avoid the bathroom for two days.

Finding the right product can be daunting when theres a lot more selections to choose from. The cashier who assisted me was kind and very friendly to lead me to the assorted items I was interested in purchasing. Knowledgeable when it comes to the products the store has in stock too. Merchandises were well organize and accessible. I left satisfied with a bagful of items concealed, double bagged for privacy. I look forward to visiting here again.

The lady at the store kicked me out because I couldn’t turn my speaker on my phone off fast enough. She said I was face timing but I was in the phone with my mother... I told her I’ll come back 2morrow because I didn’t like the way she was speaking and she said she banned me! And would tell her other employees to do so!! she argue with me until I got to the door n still called me all types of names. I’m black so I guess she won but if anyone’s reading this dnt go there ! She claimed she was the Manager! Not for long!
