Very nice staff, rather limited selection in the store but tons of options thru the catalogs they have to order from (albeit a more challenging way to pick items out.) They are kind of the only game in town which also means they are expensive! After seeing their $500+ prices for a basic kitchen light, I ended up going to Lowes anyway as I could get a nice looking unit for $129.
