I was referred toSales Rep. Jared Hughart to investigate whether it would be possible to switch from electric to gas in my kitchen. Jared answered my call immediately and scheduled a time within a couple days to come to my house to see if a gas line could be run. He was extremely personable and professional on the phone and in person, and perfectly prompt. He crawled under my house cheerfully (!) and made his determinations. He promised to call back the next business day with the formal approval from the Service Dept., which he did. I cant imagine a more positive and enjoyable experience! Jareds a keeper, Sharp Energy!!

The delivery drivers are great. They are the reason I have given 3 stars.DO NOT SIGN UP FOR AUTOMATIC DELIVERY!!!!I havent paid the last bill from auto delivery yet and they were in my yard TODAY trying to fill a FULL TANK!!! First bill was $207, the second only about 2-2.5 weeks later was $242. They told us we had to go to the office to sign a paper that we did not want auto delivery any longer. Seriously?? Who has the time in a working, busy life to go to the office?!If it didnt cost so damn much to get rid of their tanks, I would change companies. I have half a mind not to pay the bill from the second delivery!! We did not need fuel and they delivered anyway...

Im not a customer but the previous owner of my home was. Ive lived there 5 years and they finally decided to come get their tank. No problem, it belongs to them. But they left a huge gapping hole in my yard. Called them and they refuse to make it right. I could become a new customer and they would bill me for the dirt and labor to fill the hole. This is some piss poor non-customer service.

Worst customer service. I wish I could give -5 NEGATIVE stars. They dont deliver on time and the Girl in the office is ignorant. I am a good paying customer and do my part, and I should expect them to to treat me as such, but they dont. Awful company. The front office girl is just Ignorant and rude. I am Changing Companies ASAP.

Brittany in customer service needs re-training her customer service skills are absolutely horrible. Please consider replacing her. She talks to customers as if they are not human. (via conference call with one of your customers I witnessed her behavior) This is an ongoing issue and I have noticed this isnt the only customer service complaint. Not good for your business.

I cant give fewer stars or I would. Sharp representative came to the door and said he was doing me a favor by allowing me to call office and set up a contract so he wouldnt cut off my heat on a cold winter day. The propane in the ground belonged to me as a result of buying my home and I have approx $150 worth of propane which now cannot be transferred or used. Strong arm tactics befitting a greedy profiteer who thought I would cave to their demand...after responding to their assistance offer, was informed of why they had to shut off valve without warning. No remedial action was offered...no legitimate reason given. Good riddance!

I am only a few months in as a customer but so far I cant say enough positive things about Sharp Energy. The office staff is a pleasure to deal with. Their smiles come right through the phone! The delivery service has been consistent and the drivers have been very kind. Thank you!

We ran out of propane last week and called to have some delivered. They were notified that we were completely out, that its our only source of heat and that there were 4 children in the home. They still havent come, so the past few days (its single digits outside) our house has been between 50°-60° with children here. I guess they just dont have the same policies or customer service that most other companies have. Every other place would have understood that it was an emergency type situation and made sure to come the same day or at the very least the next day. Their lack of caring is shameful and ridiculous!

So this is when customer service counts. You smell gas inside and out- you call Sharp Energy on Sunday ... no luck. You turn unit off and call Monday. They say they need to check inside and out. Service tech only checks outside and says you need to get someone else to check inside (contradicting what you were told earlier). You call back next day because your co-worker who has Chesapeake said they checked inside and out. Sharp says turn on unit and you if smell gas call them again and theyll come out again. Seriously??? Why would anything be different??? You were there at the house why not check it then?? Terrible customer service. Less than one star for service
