Jeff stopped by to hook up our new gas stove, which we had delivered previously. We had it out of the box and sitting in the kitchen and Jeff took it from there.He systematically converted each burner from natural gas to LP gas and made the connections to the house gas line. All the while, explaining every step to my curious, mechanically inclined, wife who loved learning about the process!! He then modified a pressure switch in the back and completed the semi complex job!!Five stars is not enough to rate the great experience we had watching and learning from Jeff with Aero Energy!!!!! Aeros service technician Leroy was very professional. He introduced himself, explained why he was here today. He explained everything he was going to do for me. Once he was done servicing our units, he explained what he found and what we needed to do. Very pleasant and helpful young man.

Ive been out of gas for two weeks at my secondary residence. Ive been out for approximately 3 days at my home residence. I have a confirmation number from my bank that the bill is paid, and they refused to deliver any gas to either residence. Ive been a loyal customer for over 8 years and have never not paid for a drop of gas including 110 gallons that leaked out of their tanks approximately 4 years ago. Leak was determined their fault because it was outside the home yet I still ate the bill and continued to be a loyal customer. Now when one payment is late(even though i have a confirmation number) they refuse to bring me any gas until that bill is paid over the phone. They have the worst customer service that I have ever had to deal with. If I could switch companies I would do it in a heartbeat. 1 star is lowest I could give this review.

Great Customer Service. Leroy was very informative and knowledgeable. He explained what he was doing, was very efficient and got the job done right. Left me with more knowledge of my gas boiler system and was great at explaining what had to be done, what should be done and why. I could not have ask for a better tech. First off, Aero Engery is the best with their cost and service team. The monitor on the propane tanks makes it so much easier for our lives since we’re disabled and I can not get out to read the tanks. Now I just look at the app on my cellphone! Thank you sooooo much for that convenience! 5 stars for that alone!!!Ashley was so kind and extremely helpful getting a mix up straightened out. We just bought a mobile home. I was smelling gas from the cooktop. Aero energy immediately sent a tech out to assist me. The tech was wonderful. He checked the stove, fixed the issue then showed me how to operate the propane tanks and gas lines. This is our first mobile home and I was very uncomfortable about the propane. The Tech explained how everything works, why it works the way it does and safety features. Im very impressed with this company so far! Thanks, Aero Energy!

I rank Aero Energy down at the bottom of my list with Delmarva Power and Comcast. Horrible company. After being a customer of theirs for over 8 years, they out of the blue sent me a bill for a annual rental fee.My tank was 100 gallons. They claimed that because I used less than 200 gallons a season I would be charged this rental fee until my usage went up. Also, they were raising my price per gallon to a higher rate. Well, I did some research, and 90% of the other propane companies I called had a similar policy however their policy states that you only have to fill up your tank at least once a season to avoid the rental fee. Ive always filled up my tank at least once, I just rarely go over 200 gallons a season which is why I have a 100 gallon tank.After switching to a different propane company I also found that the price per gallon that Aero charges is astronomically high. I was getting charged $2.83 a gallon. The company that I switched to is charging me $1.79 per gallon with a price cap of $2.09 per gallon. Thanks for screwing me over for 8+ years Aero energy.I can only hope that other customers realize how unfairly Aero Energy treats them and drops them like a mic. If the company continues this trend I can only assume that they wont be around much longer.For reference, Ive included a photo of the Annual Review letter. Peace out Aero Energy, nice knowing you.

Bob L arrived to my house within 30 minutes of my call to Aero. My hot water heater would not light. He repaired it quickly and got us hot water again. Very professional!

Aero does a POOR job at delivering oil on time. We have asked several times for oil to be delivered monthly, regardless of Aeros predictive oil use program. Twice the company has allowed the oil to run out during the winter for my senior mother. Unacceptable; fix it.

Bob Lehmann came and found out was wrong right away. He did everything to fix it, was very knowledgeable, and gave me some great advice. Not to mention he got here when he said he’d be here. Definitely recommend aero energy and bob.
The customer service is the absolute worst. I have a different energy company at my rental property. The customer service actually exists, and the technicians are knowledgeable. Do yourself a favor and use Sharp Energy.
