Brought in a pair of Rexton hearing aids I inherited to program for me... Charged me $500 and the hearing aids are junk! She should have refused to service them instead she took my money. I dont know if there is an honest hearing aid business.

Mother has done business with Salisbury Audiology for years. However, the last time she needed a hearing aid, we ordered it 5 weeks ago and have still not recieved it. We can get no straight answer as to when it will come or why the delay. The excuses have been the weather, holidays, office closed, etc. Meanwhile, her life quality is diminished and she misses so much due to hearing loss. Weather and holidays should have no bearing on getting the product. We have ordered and recieved many other products with no delay in the same time frsme. Why cant they provide the hearing aid in a timely manner? We will not be using this provider in the future and would not recommend them.
