I tried to narrow down whey protein brands and flavors and had questions. Cashier was hanging out with a friend or family member, while someone did inventory. I couldnt get anyones attention so I left and will purchase elsewhere.

If I could leave zero stars I would have. After being in the store for nearly 20 minutes, I didnt receive any help from any employee. Im not sure if the one guy I did see talking to a man in a camouflage hat was actually helping him or not. I received no greeting and no one even mentioned that they could assist me. No need to come back here anymore...its a waste of time.

Employees are Always polite and try their best to help customers find what they need.

I stopped going to this store location because I felt as though I was being ripped off. My coupons were not accepted because it was claimed to be USED ALREADY. You can order online from Amazon and pay much less than Vitamin shoppe prices!!

Unfortunately The Vitamin Shop doesnt have everything. Had to drive from Salisbury to Concord to visit The GNC store for needs..
