I switched to Taylor Oil from Peninsula a couple years ago. I wish I had switched sooner! I cant say enough good things about this company! Every employee with whom I have had contact has been helpful, friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. They have gone above and beyond to make sure my heating issues were all taken care of efficiently and satisfactorily. After dealing with the nightmare that was Peninsula customer service, Taylor is a breath of fresh air! Taylor does customer service right and Im sticking with them for all my oil and propane needs.

After being cut off by Sharps for not having yet signed a contract (no money owed) I called Taylor. In less than an hour they made arrangements to bring a temporary tank and in three, I had heat and stove again. All while keeping a very pleasant attitude! Awesome service when I was in dire need!

Mr Taylor is a very nice man to deal with. After not having heat or hot water and no stove for a few months he was out here immediately to help us. Becky is rude, stuck up and doesnt care about anyone or their financial situation, threatening to take our check to the police when Ive made arrangements. I will NOT be dealing with this company once this is taken care of unless Becky is no longer there.
