Absolutely amazing customer service and selection! My engagement ring was purchased at a store in a different city and they not only repaired it, but cleaned it for free! They also let me know that they will do the inspections and cleaning every six months for free. Plus, Ive been looking for places to purchase my fiancés wedding band for months now. He wants a specific type of material in the ring and they carry a brand that has that material! I can also customize the ring for him through that brand at their store. I was so happy when we found this gem! We just moved from Charlotte and I doubt we wouldve found a jewelry store as good as this one in Charlotte.

I just picked up three rings that I had repaired at Barnhardt and the jeweler did a gorgeous job on all of them. One is a very unique ring that my great aunt got for her 16th birthday and it looks good as new. One of my other rings had been repaired a couple of times at other jewelry stores. Barnhardt repaired those repairs and my ring has not looked this good since it was brand new!! I will never let anyone else make jewelry repairs for me again. I received the best customer service ever at this store. I had some old stones removed from their setting and reset and I cannot believe how beautiful the new setting it is. I had the idea, but they brought it to life. Ive always gone there for jewelry repair, but Debbie is a master at reworking old into new and gorgeous jewelry ! Ill be wearing the new ring instead of those stones sitting in a jewelry box now !!
