Decent amenities but people park everywhere and staff don’t check them, if you pay reserved parking and plan on coming in late you will have to wait for them to boot the non payers out your spot. Parking parking parking is the #1 terrible thing here. Good luck driver.

The shower doesnt work all weekend and they dont do anything !!! are you serious? .. the drivers are spending the weekend and it is important for them to take a shower! imagine that your shower will not work at home!

Came here and they said showers are not working just cus no one to clean them for now, this is not goos for truck drivers who worked all day long and wants to shower and rest. I would not go there again

Very clean. People are really friendly and the facilities are very clean and nice. Coffee fantastic. I enjoy the time I can stop here for fresh pastry and fantastic coffee. Easy to get too right off highway and back on. Always looks spotless. I like that.

If you get here early enough you might find a parking spot..Great to stop and get coffee and some food to go.

Clean spacious and friendly staff. Used this location for an overnight stop. I only saw one RV spot. Lots of trucks in and out so have some ear plugs handy.

Ok pilot management, I have noticed a real drop in quality of places here in southeast North Carolina, South Carolina, Georgia the stores are poorly run parking bobtails parking in full spots, locals blocking spots with their automobiles, this place here is one of the worst, maybe start surprise visits to your stores and see how these managements of these places are ruining Pilot and Flying J. They are my favorite to stop for fuel, supplies, showers, hate to see Loves run yall out. I enjoy Pilot and Flying J then all the rest, but noticing this decline in quality and service, so please look in to this and fix.

I can stop and get the diesel any truck stop except Pilot,flayingJ and Road Renegers so I love Pilot even the staffs. Thanks Pilot.

Pretty nice place overall to stop and get gas. They sell all kinds of odds & ends and fast food type foods.Their bathrooms are also fairly clean from the few times Ive been there. Overall rating I would give them a B-

Great truck stop

They have a great selection of merchandise however they are not very friendly. I had to say hello to the cashier, no response so I tried to show myself friendly by sharing that Im 5 months in remission. And they just look at me like so what. So I just paid for my snacks and encouraged myself and got away from that negativity. What a downer experience it was.

Went for parking, this location was unable to accommodate. Parking was so limited that one cannot do a overnight stay. The store is also very small, the size of an average convenience store.

My boyfriend is an OTR truck driver and when we come back to NC, we ALWAYS stay at this location, we choose to pay for Prime Parking to make sure there will be a spot available when we get in that night/morning. We have always been treated with the upmost respect and generosity. Crystal whom works on 2nd shift is always the first to greet truckers when they walk in and does everything she can to accommodate not just truckers but any customer that comes in. Sam is always smiling and joking with customers as well as her coworkers. Her and Crystal are 2 ppl that we always look for once we get there because no matter what kind of day you have had, they definitely make sure you leave with a smile. And theres Patrick, hes one of a kind, he loves to greet everyone as well and no matter what he has going on at work or in his personal life he never lets it show, hes just a happy go lucky kinda guy. And we cant forget about Jackie on 3rd shift, she can be tired and just ready to go home but still will be friendly and help anyone out that ask for assistance. So if you ever get the chance to stop at this Pilot, make sure to do so and make sure to say hello to these ppl, you wont be disappointed.

This Pilot Travel Center Looks Really Great, It Has Subway, Dunkin Donuts & Some Clean Restrooms Plus A Bojangles Outside Next To The Gas Station, And It Looks Like It Use Be A Old Wilco Hess Travel Plaza Because Of What The Sign Looks Like.

Undersized parking lot. Clean store and showers. Subway is ok. Bojangles next door. Its filling up fast so early.

Stopped for gas, went inside to pay with my debit card & got charged 3 times on my bank account!!! Although my bank fixed it but still... Wont stop here again!My reply to the owner for your response to my issue.Inside the store, I had to swipe my card 3 times. The first two times your card reader said, card error & declined me! The third time it went through. Even tho it declined me twice, it still went through. 3 swipes, 3 charges! But ty for responding & yes please address the issue. Its your card reader...

If you to do a worst truck stop showers in America this place would be in the top 5 with out a doubt. sad part I left my phone in the truck photos would explain it all . Cobb Webbs hanging from the walls and ceilings, ceiling vent all most totally blocked with Webbs and dust then they have this chair for you to sit on picture this metal chair with foam cushion that the cover is all split and cracked with the foam coming out perfect breeding grounds for bacteria damp cool shower then theres the door which is all busted up in the inside shower #4. Told the lady behind the fuel counter she said there out dated from the old Wilco yet I guessing they werent cleaned since the pilot bought them out. I guessing the employees are to lazy to clean or is it the lack of management Im guessing the only thing the night manager is capable of managing is a bowling alley from 3 to 7 in the morning 7-30-19 5:30 am star rating should be -5

Staff is decent, place is clean, they sell a wide variety of things, safe area to park and rest, clean bathrooms, open 24hrs

After my Mobile App not working while trying to pull up my points for a shower, I was told I lost the points because I didnt use them quick enough, when they searched by phone number. Not friendly AT ALL. I passed on the $12 shower and decided to get a scratch off lottery ticket. On my way to the counter to get paid the $1 I won, the woman stops me before I even get up there to tell me the lottery machine is down. Just an overall bad experience here, app and people. I drive all over the country and Im just going to avoid Pilot see if Loves does better than this.

Let me tell you something Im in the military and I travel alot but never have I seen a pilot store that had all my favorite restaurants in walking distance bojangles McDonald subway etc one of the best

Over crowed staff lets drivers sit on fuel island long after they are done and dont pull forward or park to go inside.. Nasty parking lot and restrooms. I would advise to use the Loves across the highway if at all possible.

A good place to get gas and something to eat and you can do some shopping.

Most Pilots I go to have mobile fueling. Which makes it a whole lot easier. But this one doesnt. Also the manager name Richard wasnt to nice.

Gas prices were great. I didnt visit inside. It was very busy and took a while to find a pump.

If you are a professional driver. Know they only have 4 showers so you may have to wait if its during a busy time. Otherwise the store is clean and well stocked.

My first time going there and no clear entrance for trucks. Ended up going in the car entrance. You are able to go around, just avoid the cars! Young blonde seems like she has an issue with certain customers. Only the subway cashiers were friendly

Nice crew. Would be better if they had creamer cups, but it is what it is. Props for having other choices in coffee besides Dunkin Donuts. They do have Pilot coffee too. No French vanilla creamer, bathrooms are clean.

The cashiers and the manager are not professional or customer friendly worst pilot ever ill go to loves across the street from now on.. and Ill tell every trucker I know to do the same... how you like losing business

Nice people work there and they a very good job of keep place stocked and clean, if there was a mark against them NO LAUNDRY but that a bad mark against pilot not the workers...also not very large

Pilots is taking over this location was used to be an old Wilco Hess truck stop. Pilot are making upgrades to it but it still shows its age when compared with most Pilot Travel stops. It lacks a lot of amenities and polish. Except for my discount on fuel I would use the Loves on the other side of the interstate.

Could use more Customer Service help during peak hours and cleaner restrooms. A public pay phone is needed as well. Or at least areas to charge cellphones. A number of complaints from customers all around.

The store and restroom was clean. The cashier was polite, friendly and professional. The coffee was hot and fresh.

This was one of the few Pilots that did not have salads they got rid of their salads for Subway which personally I cannot stand

Clean store, located just off I-85, quick service, subway inside & Bojangles on same property, tons of trucking equipment for on the fly needs, motorola, CB, and handsfree headsets also sold here.

The store is a very friendly place. Unlike Loves truck stop where you have to have a card to even take a shower. (Truckers card). I was kicked out of my residence after having a hard time paying the rent and bills. I started a new, great job and my pay is every Monday. When I first started, I had no place to stay and needed a shower through out the week. This was the only place that offered me the$9 shower without a card or hassle. Ive even had my shower paid for a couple of times thanks to kind truck drivers that would notice my situation. Great place and so thankful for what they have done for me in the past

Dont fuel up there or by their goods until they fly our flag again here is the email circulated to all the pilots and flying Js

Lets see - well, for starters this pilot is sexist and only likes to hire women. They play music that is psychologically programming the minds of people to worship women and believe in a fairytale life. All the prices are high on foods, products and so forth - not surprised that this place sucks.

Dirty shower, dirty toilet, hair in sink! Amazing these people make more money per hr than truck drivers. Really shameful you guys cant offer a clean shower!

Nice people, clean store, small parking area for us Semi-Trucks/Trailers.

It was an older building but they had a good bit to choose from a Quiznos and a Dairy Queen but no burgers at the Dairy Queen and the prices were must have been so high on the Quiznos that didnt have a price for the sandwiches on their menu board so I ate at the Exxon in the same parking lot and it was so so the buffet look like it wouldnt too appetizing and damn Im not even a picky eater

There isnt a truck entrance sign considering the fact that it is extremely difficult to see with the amount of light they have which is absolutely none enter at your on risk.
