We recently purchased a house that came with a full commercial kitchen, to include an 80+ hood vent system with a roof mounted fan. We quickly noticed a problem with the fan cycling on and off, and called EMR to assess the problem.After an initial assessment they determined that the electrical motor wasnt functioning properly, and replaced it; however, the problem returned, and after notifying them of the issue, they had a technician respond out the same day to readjust the fan belt.They system has been working perfectly since. Their customer service was fantastic and quick to respond to our second call. The technician was exreamly curtious and very professional.
