Check your order before you leave. Lazy employees will not make your order right. Dont understand how you expect 15 an hour but cant follow directions on a screen. You had one job guys!!!!!! Would give negative stars if that was an option.

This location is sorry as hell! The car wash is always closed, the car vacuum is always broken and the tire pump is always out of order. Horrible representation of Sheetz

Use credit or debit card at the pump. They have a drive through where I can get a quick bite to eat and something to drink. They have fast service. They also provide free face masks for in-store customers.

Im from Pennsylvania where sheetz are all over the place so I was really excited to find out a sheetz was close when moving to the area. But this has to be the worst sheetz iv ever been to my food is always cool or undercooked and Im always missing items. Or they put the wrong things on. You could be the only person ordering food and it takes forever. I honestly dont know why I keep going back.

I usually love Sheetz. Took forever to get our food and was out of coffee. Hopefully it was just an off night for the crew.

Definitely a go to for gas and convenient if your driving late and need a snack. But the food isnt great when ordering from the cooked grill. Better to just buy snacks. We got nachos, burger, fries, hot dog, nuggets, and grilled cheese and none of them tasted good.

The lady working last night was on drugs nodded out over the register took a long time for her to ring me up I ordered 2 fry platters with cheese she put so much salt orsomething in them that we could not eat them I hadv2 milkshakes on the same order I got the fries 15 to 20 mins before my milkshakes she was nodded out over the milkshakes they were also made wrong I had been there a long time waiting took us 45 mins to get our stuff and leave an it was only 2 other people in the store

So glad to have a Sheetz in Salisbury!I am in this area often with my work and this location is a regular stop of mine!Bathrooms are always clean. Store is almost always well stocked. The staff are friendly and courteous. Food orders are as quick as they can be and accurate.Looking forward to visiting this location again.

They are always considerably higher on their Diesel price than Concord and Mooresville! Guess they don’t get the memo....look at their competitor in Concord at 2.59 per gal!

Im sorry but no matter where I go I just do not like the food here. As a gas station its great. But as a place I would recommend anyone to go and eat, it just wont happen. I will say they make a pretty good brat. In my opinion the ice cream feels like it has sand in it,and I dont care for the drinks at all. That said, my sister,on the other hand, loves their chicken sandwiches, and likes the ice cream. So, to give the place its due,. I dont care for it, but you might.

Great wraps and soft pretzels. Specialty coffee drinks are good also. Prices are a bit higher than other places around though. They keep the place very clean and service is fast and efficient.

Welcoming environment. Consumer friendly. The people that work there are what keep me a loyal customer. They are efficient and quick; but are still warm and friendly. A couple of them have even taken the time to remember my name. They are a special crew. That makes all the difference.

It a nice place. The worker are new. They are trying to hard. If they relax. They do better. The food is New. but it Good. Familys will enjoy themselves. People were having a good time. A lots of games, for young and Old.

LOVE Sheetz. No complaints. I come here often. They keep it clean, well stocked. Gas pumps are usually always in working order and never too over crowded. Cashiers are always friendly and quick and they always have people at the registers.

If youve been to Sheetz you already know what its about! If you havent, drop what your doing (gently) and get to a Sheetz. It isnt your typical convenience store. Their made to order food is SO good! You use the touch screens to order your food just how you want it.. seriously, want fries on your sandwich? No problem! Sheetz has such a variety of foods and snacks, its definitely not your typical gas station. Check it out!

Food was wrong. Called couldnt get anyone to answer the phone. When someone did answer they put me on hold for 15 minutes, never answered back.

Held it for 30 miles to go to Sheetz with the assumption it would be clean. Everything from the bathroom to the parking lot was filthy.

I grew up in michigan, so we had a very different variety of gas stations. It is really nice to have a sheets nearby. The free, automated tire pump alone makes this place really awesome. They have a really good selection of energy drinks, which I enjoy quite a bit. It is better than the average gas station in pretty much every way.

E85 for my flex fuel vehicle, tons of pumps. Great food made to order and ready made breakfast sandwiches for the early birds. If the coffee isnt fresh they brew you a fresh pot and give it to you free.

I love going to sheetz because they have a wide variety of goodies you can grab while getting your gas. I also think its a plus that I can go online and order food and can come pick it up no matter the time. When you order in store it can be a bit of a wait but its made to order so youre getting fresh hot food.

We came to this location after attending a concert in the wee hours of the morning. The staff were very nice. The prices were fair. The bathrooms were very clean. The food hit the spot and it was a great way to end our special day.

Not a huge fan of Sheets, often the customer service is lacking, and their prices (compare to other convenience stores) are rather high. The store is typically clean, especially the rest rooms, but my overall experience was far from spectacular.

Good food for a decent price. Open 24/7 which is wonderful! Friendly staff was a definite plus!

Clean bathrooms and always good coffee (breakfast blend) is why we go there.. plus the gas pumps are techie.. can use my phone with show my sheets card to get discounted gas and Samsung pay so I never have to use my wallet.

Frankly, its pretty ridiculous that a place that has a restaurant which sells food has signs stating that they will prosecute you for loitering - to the fullest extent of the law. What the hell does that even mean? How against the law is loittering??? I sure as hell dont want to find out.

They are the only fuel station with the newest grade of ethanol gasoline. They also have free air for tire inflation and the pump is able to reinflate completely flat tires. The deli has a variety of food from the standard fare to complete meals and the shelves carry all the expected convenience store stock. The only thing that detracts from my rating is the difficulty in finding a parking spot or place at a fuel pump, followed up with the line to the cashier.

Love this store! I can get discounts and sometimnes free items. Bathroom spotless. Service is great.

I come here numerous times and each time is great. Between customer service and the MTO food quality if there was ever a problem you can talk to anyone and they will make it right.

This location was literally out of almost every coffee in their machines despite the staff saying they werent! I finally got one the girls to come over and look. She didnt have a clue. When she opened the outside to look at reservoirs they werent empty. I spent so much time in here, and it took me forever to actually get someone to look at the issue. Then, I waited and waited to order without assistance so I just left.

Nice gas station. My only reason for 4 stars is because there gas pumps do not signal you to remove your card.... I left mine in the gas tank holder and went I went back to look.....there it was still inserted in the cc holder. I almost made a BIG mistake, if I had not looked for my card in side the store. It would have been to late, someone would have droved up and used it there and dont know where else. The machine needs to make a noise Luke the grocery store does!

I love Sheetz. Every one I have been in has been clean and staffed with friendly associates. They actually have good, cooked-to-order food. Wish theyd expand farther south.

My biggest issue with getting food here is inconsistency. Sometimes its great other times I scratch my head just trying to understand why I can come to the same store, order the same thing, taste and portions are different. Lets not even talk about going to a different Sheetz.

This is the best gas stop in town. Competitive fuel, beer and cigarette prices and the best (Sumatra ) coffee around.

Sheetz is hands down the best road trip gas station, any time I travel north I make it a point to stop at a Sheetz. Their bathrooms are so clean, their made to order food is so much better than McDonalds or other fast food which is awesome.

This Salisbury Sheetz is really cool! I am glad they built one in my hometown. The other bonus for me is that they have both E-85 and Flexfuel, which is usually about 20 to 30 cents cheaper than regular gas! Great place to stop!

As a store, Sheetz is awesome. The customer service, loyalty program, and my personal history with the store got them an extra star. The food, however, is not great. And when this store first opened I LOVED the food. But now? No. I ordered tonight after not having ordered in a while and I was unenthused. I ordered a steak salad and grilled chicken sliders. The salad was ok. My main issue was the greens: they came in HUGE leaves. Ill chalk that up to my bad choice of greens. The sliders. 1st i ordered it with chicken, bacon, lettuce, pickles,cheese, mayo and ranch. I have the original receipt that printed from the order computer. Then, when I picked up the food i got another receipt. This one says chicken, ranch, bacon and cheese. Not the way I ordered it. That turned me off of the food altogether. All in all, its a good place for soda or gas or anything they sell but not food. After a year+ its no better. Im not ordering food from them ever again.
