Very pleasant and easy to get service with minimal contact of employees. You literally dont have to talk to a soul! Fresh clean look and the food was as expected. If you love Panera Bread you will love this.

We left there because we wanted to be served. Being seniors, we felt we needed to have a college education to order from this establishment.

This Panera has gone downhill faster than most. I have lived near a few, and typically they do not reduce quality and service sooner than a year in. It only took this one three months. No quinoa, right off the bat, they tried switching to a rice mix and that was horrible. Now it just says Quinoa out of stock. Today I paid for extra almonds and avocados on my Greek salad with NO Feta, and I even gave a tip to try to get a good salad. This was one of the worst salads I have ever had. Day old rotten lettuce & skimped on all toppings. I could barely find the avocado … Oh and you really need to take care of the flies outside. Try fly paper. It helps.

Food is fresh and quick. There are only 3 order points which also seem too close together, but you can order ahead or at the counter. The restroom was clean but seems small for the size of the restaurant.

We had our first breakfast sandwich and it was awesome and very filling. What a beautiful and very clean restaurant. All the employees were so sweet and helpful. Well definitely go back!

I love the location! It has a decent amount of outdoor seating, clean restrooms, and lots of seating inside as well! The food is delicious and the service is excellent as usual!

We enjoy Panera Bagles in the morning. Theyre always fresh, perfectly crafted, and absolutely delicious right out of the broiler with a cream cheese topping. Dont forget your coffee and juice.

Salad was delicious. Soup was not what I wanted b/c they were out but what I did get was good. Trainer was not polite when I confronted her about pastries.

Pretty good. Just dont go within the hour that they are closing. Out of half items that you will want and put in half the effort on all aspects. Ill try again. Maybe during the day. Certainly not a late dinner spot.

The bakery and deli are fabulous!!! The employees are so helpful, cheerful...pleasure to go there.

Ordered on kiosk, didn’t get a receipt, pager buzzed but my food wasn’t there, staff professionally doesn’t make eye contact. Apparently I was supposed to know that my parfait was kept in the cold case by the register that I was not at. Also corporate website has a complaint section that doesn’t recognize this store.

Glad that Panera is back and even better that we have a drive thru now!! The drive thru was a bit slow but theyve only been open a few weeks hopefully things will pick up. Also could use the rapid pick up in the app or any other options so hopefully that gets fixed as well. Food was great and everything was made exactly how I wanted.

Ordered the Turkey avacado BLT... guess what? No TURKEY! Other than that their food & service were awesome.

This review is purely for as it relates to the drive thru.Person taking the order seemed confused, but read back the order correctly the third time taking it.When we got our order its was 60% wrong.Also where did panera start using doritos?

First Panera was my go to place for a breakfast sandwich and coffee before going into work and even on the weekends when I had time to sit enjoy and read my book. Of course this was pre-pandemic lockdown. Then the restaurant closed the prior location and built this new location. I have to say my first time back and I was so disappointed. The new location is so generic and plain. It does not have the great cozy feel off the prior location which even had a fireplace that was turned on during the winter. I am not a fan of the self serve ordering. Then to to it off my breakfast sandwich was not on the menu. I spent $9 on a sprouted bagel/cream sheese and a miniscule Greek yogurt bowl. At least the coffee hasnt changed!! Sorry Panera this new place just didnt call to me like the old location. Glad to see some of the same employees were there. Always enjoyed their good mornings.

Food was good but the service has taken a huge hit since moving to their new location.

The hot sandwiches are very good and the new location has a beautiful view of the water.

Their bread should be called brick bread as it was literally as hard as a brick. My wife and I got the pick 2, and they got the both salads wrong as we both ordered spinnich leaves and both salads had romaine lettice instead. After our meal - I was hungry again because the portions are paultry. It really was a bad dining experience.

Yummy food 😋! Only reason Im giving a 4 star is because of how expensive it is there. If i could give a 4.5, I promise i would because the place is super duper tidy, and staff is extremely kind, And the food is not only healthy, but SO GOOD!

I love Panera but the service is bad (since they moved to the new location) the man (with dreadlocks) who gives you the food is the kindest person there 5⭐ to Him

The food was good but this brand new Panera has the layout and feel of an Ikea cafeteria. No more fireplace cozy
