My fiancé got an arrangement as a gift to me for our anniversary and hoped to have it delivered before I went into work. We knew from previous experiences that if I wasn’t there to receive the delivery they would take it back to the store. My fiancé received a call on his way home that it was left on our door step, for anyone to help themselves to, in 80 degree weather, with the ants and gnats outside. I am incredibly shocked and disappointed. When I got home to look at my fruit it’s ruined. The grapes are all soft and have burst open, the chocolate melted, and the strawberries are all overripe and mushy. I highly doubt the heat that it sat in for HOURS did any of that. But how rude and inconsiderate?! Im calling tomorrow morning to speak to some management because this is outrageous. They know how expensive their fruit is and are showing no care towards products that other people have paid for. I’m disgusted if this isn’t fixed I doubt I’ll ever spend a dime there ever again, but that probably won’t change my mind anyway.

What is the point of having a online tool that says same day delivery is still available if you are not going to live up to it? And your reason is because you are cleaning up for the day even though you are open for another two hours. When asked why you did not change the status you say because it is not worth time. May not be worth your time but as a customer it is wort my time. #poorcustomerservice

Son in CO ordered one I received for my 60th on Saturday July 24,2021. Ive received arrangements from other places Ive lived in USA most are OK. This came from the Salisbury, MD store and delivered to Ocean City,MD. It arrived and was pretty disgusting looking. Most of the fruit was sufficient in an area if fresh produce, they used wedges of mangoes around and since the fruit was over riped the skins were left on and they were very unattractive as mangoes skins are as well they were all brown. I had company so I took the mangoes out to the trash and had to pull all the fruit into a bowl. This was the Big 60 and my son was not happy. CREDIT IS THE ONLY WAY TO SOLVE UNHAPPY CUSTOMER.😰😰

I got a beautiful arrangement of fruit and a cheesecake for my Birthday. The fruit was ripe, fresh and arranged beautifully! I never knew how much fun it is to eat fruit on a stick! The gentleman that delivered it was super friendly, wore a mask and waited to be sure everything made it ok. Thank you so much for such a great product and service!

Not worth the money they are not open when they say there are they need to go out of business

I did not receive my complete order that was suppose to include a box of chocolates. the edible arrangement was not Edible as the honey dew, strawberries and cantaloupe were Very hard. Sixty dollars is a ridiculous amount of money for a few edible grapes and pineapples! :(

Delivery was too late! Wife was off work already. Had to wait in parking lot for it.

This is my second time I received edible chocolate covered strawberries. They were delicious. Huge juicy and love ones that were dipped in strawberry dip with crunchies on the outside. The girl who rang the doorbell was very pleasant. Very pleased with service. Thank you so much !!

Ordered a same day delivery late in the afternoon, and honestly didn’t expect it until the next day. The Salisbury Edible Arrangements went above and beyond to deliver it the same day. It was an awesome treat! Thank you for your wonderful service and products!

The ladies that helped me at this Edible arrangements did a great job!! Was worried they might not be able to deliver by 2:30, the time I requested but they actually were able to get it there early! Seriously made my order at about 9:30a this morning. It is 4pm and its still not there. My son in laws birthday will be over by time he receives his gift. Very dissatisfied and the young lady answering the phone acts like she could careless.

The lady at the counter was Marvelous! She helped me with exactly what I need in price and quantity plus chocolate covered too! A protein Smoothie topped it off with todays special at less than $3.50. Yummy too. I will be back!

I sent my daughter birthday chocolate covered fruit, she wasn’t home when they delivered, called her phone and delivered it to her at the restaurant where she was having dinner. What Great service. 5 stars.Job well done.

A bit disappointed, when i asked if they could deliver the arrangement today, I was told yes, after 2:00, I advised them my daughter worked until 4:00, and, that is where it was being delivered, they said no problem. It arrived at 4:01 as she was ready to walk out the door. She didnt even get to enjoy the nice surprise for her 16th birthday. Thank you
