Closed down.Had an appoitment at the store in Salisbury, MD to purchase at new phone. Found out when I arrived, the store was closed down.

I want to that Verizon store in Fruitland, Md. The ower Ali went out of his way to help me and I dont even have a contract with them. What would have taken me a whole day to get my phone up an running he did in forty five minutes. I give them 5 STARS, and a very big Thankyou, Keith

I have been there a few times and they always get me taken care of. I would recommend this store if you need a phone or accessories.

The rep I had was very personable and helpful BUT it wasn’t until I got home and looked at a summary of my charges that I realized he charged me $35 to set up my phone which was not quoted during my visit and that he’d charged me $39.99 each for a case and screen protector that I could’ve purchased at Walmart or Target for half that much. He quoted me $58 leading me to believe that’s ALL it was when in reality he used my trade in credit to pay for them. After speaking with my daughter who also has Verizon, She said she’s never been charged an upgrade for getting a new phone when hers broke. With all the money I ended up spending that day the least they could’ve done was waived that. If not for that I would’ve given them 5 stars. I will not mention his name because I think he’s a cool guy however I hope he sees this and does better for his next customer (i.e is more transparent about their charges).

Best service ever in a cell phone store! Ali was helpful before and during the search and sale... And had been great helping us after the sale. Hes a great multitasker too, so wait time was pretty short. We will buy our next phones there. FYI, some of the other retailers in Salisbury add crazy surcharges.

Rip off for a screen protector...didnt last 24 hours on my phone. I came in the following day and received no help in my loss so I got ripped off...he wanted to charge me $60! I went to best buy for a new screen protector and its been great! Plus it has a warranty

After visiting this store four (4) times since last Friday and the owner making more than 5 phone calls between Apple support and Ascurion, we’re finally on our way to replace my son’s IPHONE 7 Plus. Mr. Ali did not have assist us, but he went above and beyond. During this time, I became very frustrated, verbally and physically, I displayed my frustration. Not once did he, Mr. Ali, the store owner, show me any signs that he too was frustrated, nor did he react to my behavior. He’s an awesome guy. If I could give no stars I would! Was sold a phone and not all transferred to new phone and sd card left in old phone. Owner is the worst person. In my opinion to deal with, hung up on me Bobby helped as much as he could. Do not buy from these franchises, I learned they cannot help if d anything. Buy from an authorized Verizon store. This store is just out to sell phones and get money. After help from.Verizon I was able to locate phone. The owner of franchise wouldnt hold the phone and shipped it off despite my request.

I despise buying new phones due to the salesmen always pushing things on me. BUT this was not the case at wireless Zone. It was so quick and easy. Never been happier buying a phone. Highly recommended compared to the other stores. Happy girl!!!!

The worst customer service I have ever experienced. Within 4 days of buying a refurbished phone, they would not honor the warranty. After having the phone take a 2 ft drop out of my hands equipped with a case they sold me. I was advised from an Apple Store that the phone is defective and will need a new screen, that none of this damage would cause screen failure.
