I wish that there was a negative star review for companies because the Verizon location would be at the top of the list. You have 30 days to return your equipment before the guarantee expires and my purchase came down to the wire. It was nothing but a circus the whole time. Every employee, including the store manager, said that there he didnt know what to do. STAY AWAY FROM THIS LOCATION!!!!

Went here 2 weeks ago looking for a new phone. I was serviced by a cute boy named Sam I believe. He did a great job selling me a new Samsung, he helped me understand how Android works because we all know how stupid confusing it is. My husband is 80 and I am 72, and although my husband was skeptical about an IPhone, having always used a flip phone, he was so impressed about how the rep took his time with us, that he decided to give it a try and loves it. I came into the south Salisbury location and the young lady helped me understand how to use the devices as well as set everything up to my liking. This was hands down the best experience I have ever had at Verizon. Jonathan was wonderful. My mom and I came to transfer 2 phones to a brand new account and we were in and out in less than an hour (unheard of with Verizon)! This will be the only place I will be going in the future for my cellular needs.

The representative stayed after her shift just to help me and I genuinely respect that as a Verizon customer. She was patient and was talking to me the whole time so it made the wait a lot shorter. She was fantastic and I will be telling my friends to go to her in the future.

Only come here if you are desperate, as these associates are paid per volume, not quality of service or effective service. They managed to cheap my father into buying a smartphone he didnt want and then they couldnt get it activated that day so he never went back. They kept the phone and that was that.

I came into this store and worked with Dane to get switched over to from Verizon a couple months ago. I was with straight talk and Ill never go back. The difference is night and day. Really good customer service. For a large corporation, they have a solid human connection to their customers that you do not feel in ATT or T-Mobile. Wait time can get a little crazy on the service counter, but overall was not bad.

So this is my second time dealing with cellular sales in south Salisbury and I couldnt be more satisfied. The gentleman I dealt with went above and beyond to say the least. The other sales associates in store were just as welcoming and polite. Will definitely be back in the future.
