I had to go to Salisbury Wireless after a skateboarding accident where I completely sheered the glass off of a corner of my screen on my Samsung Galaxy S9+. Not only did they have the replacement screen in stock, but they were also able to fit me in for a same day servicing. My phone screen now works better than ever and the price was very fair. Would highly recommend!

Needed to get my charging port & battery replaced on my IPhone X. All the other shops nearby were extremely busy & very expensive, when I showed up to this shop they took care of me instantly on the spot. The gentleman were both helpful giving me tips and advice on how to preserve my iPhone’s battery. Definitely coming back here in the future!

My old cell phone broke a few days back and was looking for an affordable new Phone. Sold me a iPhone SE 2020 with 256GB for a very reasonable price. With the purchase I received some free screen protectors. The phone was used and I found out that the screen on the phone was dying and when I came in the next day after purchasing the phone Matt replaced my screen free of charge. Great customer service in my experience. I will be using Salisbury wireless for now on since getting a new phone has never been so easy.

Very rude, I was told under 30 minutes it took 2 hours while I sat in the parking lot with my kids. I kept calling so I didn’t have to drag them in there. I was hung up on twice. When he finally said it was done the price jumped up and was also on the phone so I couldn’t speak to him. Extremely unprofessional I would never recommend this place to anyone. Save your time sanity and money go elsewhere.

Highly recommend. They have GREAT customer service. I was looking for a specific item at multiple different chain stores, but none of them had a lot of options. What they did have in store was expensive, and there wasn’t variety between them. I found Salisbury Wireless, and I was honestly surprised at how many options they had in store. I liked their options better than the chain stores. I had a lot of questions on which brands to choose, and they helped me make the best pick. Considering the quality of their merchandise, they have really good deals. They were so warm and welcome; I’m definitely coming back for all of my electronic needs.

My Iphone 6plus screen completely stopped working last month so i took it to the ATT store on north 13 to see what they could do for me. Within about 1 minute the employee tries a soft reset (by holding down the power and home button, even though i specifically said the home button has not worked for a long time) and says to me looks like theres nothing we can do youre going to have to buy a new phone i went to the wireless store the next day and it took the manager Usef less than 10 minutes to figure out what the problem was and completely replace my broken screen with a new one. my phone has worked perfect since. moral of the story is At&t and Verizon just want to squeeze the most money out of you as possible. The wireless store wants to give you excellent service and exactly what you need for the lowest price possible. 10/10 would recommend
