The first time I entered this store I thought it was for small and easy repairs but after that I go there for every repair because the customer service is great, Cody talks to you and makes you feel like you’ve been friends for years, and he can usually do any repair you need at a very reasonable price. If you ever need any repair I recommend checking this place out before you go anywhere else.

So I came into the store about 6 months ago and Corey helped me. And from the very beginning he was one of the nicest people I’ve ever worked with. I was slowing down for traffic construction on I-85 at exit . When a large white 4X4 pickup truck traveling at a high rate of speed ran right up to my rear bumper. Upset with my slow driving in the farthest right lane, the male driver gave negative hand gestures to me and my family, including my six year old daughter. I moved over, gave him several “palms up” where am I supposed to go, it construction traffic gestures, while he disgustedly and I safely passed me to my right. I large lettering on his window, I read Rowan Cellular Repair in large letters. I need the glass repaired on this iPhone, but would never go to a business that disrespects the public this way. They have an honest, God fearing staff who strive to assist and improve their customers mobile phone uses.Just today, I went in to get my cell phone screen repaired. After examining the phone they deduce that the only thing actually broken was the screen protector. And that the actual phone was perfectly intact. Most other cell phone repair shops would have lied and said that the screen was broken and needed to be repaired. By being honest Rowan Cellular Repair saved me around $200. Highly recommended.

Highly recommend. We recently went here with a phone that needed a new screen. He was able to fix it quickly and very reasonably priced repair. Very professional and knowledgeable plus the space was family friendly with couches (and free snacks) while we waited.

Probably the most honest phone repair place around. Went in think I needed a new charging port, expecting to spend 70$-80$ but come to find out it was just lint in the charging port and saved me from spending any money! Definitely reccomend and will be going back if something goes wrong with my phone!

This place is horrible. Do not go here as the owner has the worst customer service and his pricing is outrageous. They charge way more than at uBreakiFix stores or CPR (Cell Phone Repair) Stores. With uBreakiFix or CPR they have much more reasonable prices and their customers service is much better. If Rowan Cellular Repair says that they use OEM Apple parts, ask to see the invoice, certificate, or serial number that shows is OEM Apple. They wont show it to you and will put up a fuss.

Excellent experience. Broken iphone screen replaced in 15 minutes. Thorough inspection for any performance issues before and after repair. Genuine Apple parts and a very fair price for work done.Comfortable area to wait with TV and snacks - can´t beat that kind of customer service anywhere !

This guy is hands down one of the best people Ive ever met. He let me sit there and watch him fix my girlfriends phone and answered every question I asked. If you go anywhere else your phones going to come back broken and probably tapped by the government 🤷🤔 stay woke and take the trip to his little shop. If youre disappointed then you didnt go. Please read before you choose a cellphone repair shop. A week ago I was given a cellphone for free with a shattered front screen and the back glass was shattered as well. After looking around I chose this shop to repair my phone. I was quoted 80 dollars to have the front screen fixed, the part was ordered after we talked on the phone. I took my phone to the owner when the screen came in, and not long after we realized it was not the right screen. The fault goes to me because I forgot to tell him that my phone was a verizon phone which is a different model than the normal one. They do not sell my screen online due to verizons control, so without hesitation the owner took out his own debit card and ordered the front screen and back screen (His quote to me was for front screen only) off of eBay and did not ask me for a single penny upfront. After the screens came in he had my phone ready as fast as possible and even stayed an hour late after the store closed to make sure I was taken care of. I was charged only 5 dollars more to have my back glass replaced and also he fixed my charger port cover and made sure I was happy with the results. This is the most honest, and best quality repair shop I have ever seen. I would highly recommend taking your business here for any repairs. Thanks for reading this.

Very good customer service.1st day back from his vacation so i called and left VM.VM said probably helping other customers or making a repair he could not break away from.So decided to venture into store in person.The fellow was slammed by having at least 8 phones to repair on bench with blue tape when i walked in with several in line waiting as he patiently, gave time frame of when their device would be ready and a cost.Fortunately mine was an easy fix to which he said no charge and proceeded to go about clearing the line.It was no wonder he couldnt call back as previously mentioned returning from vacation. Many stores may have hoodwinked me by fixing and saying they did more than what he honestly does which was clean the contacts from his past experience.Would recommend any day of the week.Good luck God bless and prosper.

I went to get my phones screen replaced. He uses authentic parts so he looked up how much a new screen would be. It was 10 dollars more expensive than the whole phone cost! Because it was so pricey he suggested a new phone but in the meantime, to prevent cracks from getting worse he installed a strong screen protector customized for my phone for me! Super friendly!

My phone had water damage and was refereed Rowan Cellular Repair by Sprint. I was charged for a new screen and new battery. $180.00 later and phone was still not working properly. I was promised I could return if I had any issues however, when I contacted him regarding the problems I was having; I was told there was no guarantee on water damage I then took it to CPR and was shocked when they told me the phone was not cleaned to remove any water minerals; the plastic was still around the battery and it was not secured so the battery was loose inside my phone. That explained the sudden drops in battery charge. I would never return to Rowan Cellular Repair again.

Made me feel as if i wasnt welcome. I went around 2pm and as i walk in he say hes closed, and it was a friday. Then he did something like a hardset on my phone, locking it even more, then tried charging me $80 to fix what he messed up on it. He then tried buying my phone, and wanted to trade. He told me to come in today for service, then started talking crazy cause i asked for my case back that he forgot to give back. The first day.. He said he was closed and then told me to ce back later was my warning. I cant trust him or his words. Why spend my money with a person that dont want my business and judge me by my skin.. Even when i was being nice. So im never going back.

Stoped in today, my daughter broke her tablet volume button, they fixed it all while explaining the process. Will definitely be back again if my daughter breaks anything else!!
