So ive broke my phone so many times to the point where i went without one due to my frame being bent as other places around werent willing to deal with the hassle of fixing it. I was about to trash that phone when I found Joey in Salisbury and he fixed my phone like it wasnt any issue which was really awesome. Amazingly fast service! My iPhone screen was replaced in 45 minutes. It works great. Not quite as bright as original screen but for the price and great service it can’t be beat! Joey clearly explained the process of repairing my phone, any risks or unique aspects and the costs and options involved. He also incorporated concerns about COVID-19 and communicated how his business was keeping customers safe while still offering this necessary work in phone repair. Joey was professional, pleasant and very helpful. The way he took COVID-19 seriously was especially important to me. On May 4, I went to NewAgain for the repair. Joey was ready for me when my appointment began. And he finished my phone repair in the amount of time he said it would take. And the cost was exactly what he said it would be. New again is a great company to take your electronics to if you are having complications. I was having a battery issue as my phone would randomly shutdown. I took my phone to New Again and they ran a full diagnostic on my phone finding that my battery was indeed faulty. They cleaned the charging port and replaced the battery. Now my phones battery is like new! The service was fast and the whole process was super easy. I was able to drop my phone off go to work and by lunch time it was ready to be picked up. Definitely expedient service with a smile. I would recommend them 10 out of 10 times for any electronic repair needs.

So, today I had enough with my aging iPhone 6s. I couldn’t leave the house without an auxiliary battery. It would die so quickly!! I stopped into the shop on Faith Rd and saw Joey. He assured me he could help and within a few minutes I was rolling with a new battery in my old phone. The charge is holding great so far and the phone has been given a performance boost! Fast and friendly! I only give it three stars because I was charged 140$ for my iPhone 7 screen replacement which I think was expensive, knowing I could have bought the kit with tools, screen and LCD for 40-60$ on amazon. Hope this reviews helps 👍

NewAgain Phone Repair in Salisbury is great. I previously had my son break my iPad screen and so I brought it to NewAgain. Joey fixed it over a year and a half ago and I havent had any issues since. Also, earlier this year, I had an issue with my iPhone loudspeaker failing, that he fixed. Months later, I had the issue return, so I contacted newAgain and he looked at my phone again. I thought, I was going to have to buy another phone, but newAgain fixed my iPhone. I recommend using Salisbury NewAgain Phone Repair, they are awesome. :)

Have been many times with my teenagers iPhones. They have always been able to fix their phones at very reasonable prices and quick service. They also stand by their work! Which I love! I would never go anywhere else! I have been to the Salisbury and Concord locations. Both are AMAZING!!!!!!!!! I refer everyone there that has any kind of phone issue. The gentleman that runs this newAgain shop is very nice, and seemed to have good intentions. I took my iPhone in after I replaced the battery myself. My home button stopped working after I put everything back together. He looked at it for $25 and told me that it needed a new digitizer, and that I had messed up one of the connections during the battery replacement. I am sure that replacing the screen may would have fixed my problem, but being that I didn’t mess with the area that was experiencing the issue, I felt that there had to be something simple wrong with the phone that wouldn’t be as extensive as replacing the whole screen.With this being said, I took my phone into another shop in town and within 20 minutes he had my phone up and running again (home button and Touch ID) and wasn’t even going to charge me for it as it was a simple fix. I still payed him for his time, and he did charge me to put the gasket back in after I asked him to do so (at the other shop). He did have to look at the connections under a microscope and fix something but he made it a simple repair, and proved that my phone did not need a completely new screen. This saved me a lot of time and money.So, in short, for less than it costed me to take it to newAgain I just have the guy look at my phone, my phone was repaired for less money. Granted, the guy at newAgain never pressured me into putting a new screen on my phone, and offered to help me if I had any questions when replacing it myself. But it turned out that if I would have put a new screen on it would have been in vain as there was just a small issue with a connection that was easily resolved. My frustration is that for the 25 he charged me, I feel that my device could have been fixed if he would have really wanted to. I am sure he has the experience to know how to fix this type of issue without replacing the whole screen, so he just didn’t want to do the extra work.Lesson learned, I will take my business elsewhere (to the other job that actually fixed my phone).
