Said I had an upgrade but when I got there they wanted me to pay full price on phone at that time to expensive went to bost mobile and found the exact same phones for hundreds less

Nice people, just bad service sometimes.

The employees deserve a 5 but the screen protector that I paid $15 for cracked the first week. Sorry as I will not be back. Plus not a big selection on iPhone cases.

Went in to get both my parents new phones. They 2 wonderful girls working there were pleasant and so friendly. In and out in 20 minutes tops that included changing numbers from other provider.

Great service wonderful staff, staff has always explained things to their fullest and have always been good at solving problems that Ive had trouble with phone I will be happy to tell family and friends about this carrier

I only like to go there they have one young lady that is being there full of the while and she does excellent job helping people and knowing what to do I dont remember her name right now but whenever I go I only want to do with her the one off of Jake Alexander over by the Food Lion I think its over there by 52

Metro Pcs is a great company and everyone on the Jake Alexander Blvd. Site is very nice and professional.

If there was anything lower Id use it, I was lied to about everything, was told I couldnt get the manager name, I could go somewhere else, the girl was rude and didnt want to do anything as soon as I walked in the door, worse place Ive EVER been to, I wouldnt recommend anyone even taking a dog to this place. I never write a review, first one Ive ever written but this was AWFUL and, they need to be shut down for treating a customer like this
