I had just left a pushy dealership and was heading to another local dealership when I called Fred and verified the vehicle on the website was available and for the advertised price. He verified and sent me pictures. Financing was mostly completed on the drive. I arrived two hours later and Bonnie made it a pleasant transaction. No surprises and good interest rate.I only wish they were closer than two hours, but I may still make the drive.

Great experience with the service department every time we’ve gone here. Our vehicles are handled with respect and our service advisor Jake does a great job with communication and handled our issue in a timely manner. Bought a new 2020 Ram Dually. Cory Dangerfield was more than helpful, no pressure, no vulture attack when I drove onto the lot. He is a great guy and has become a friend. I went 2 weeks ago and was looking to purchase a vehicle. I had my heart set on a Jeep Renegade 4x4. Bradley, my Salesman did everything he could to help me, but we just couldn’t make a deal. I get a message out of the blue on Tuesday and he said “come in, we can make something happen today, but it may not be the exact Jeep you want.” I hadn’t few more options I would have been happy with and told him which ones I was interested in. I went in and he had the same exact Jeep I wanted, ready for me!!! I went up to Fred one of the finance guys and he told me what my payments would be. I signed all my paperwork and went to finally sign the last ones with Jordan, the final finance guy. My payments were actually LOWER than what I had expected!!!!I definitely give these guys a 10 out of 10!!! Going above and beyond to get me into the EXACT vehicle I wanted!! And even calling me back when I thought he had forgot about me 2 weeks before.

The salesman that I was dealing with, and I cannot remember his name, was wonderfully polite and helpful. I have absolutely no complaints about him. However, the sales manager tried to really low ball me on the trade in value of my car. When I declined the offer and followed the sales person to get my key. The sales manager when finding out I declined said I dont know its worth what it is worth. With a very rude tone. I was fully prepared to make my purchase here however now I will never return.

I bought a truck from them and I made a offer to the sales person at first and he said no and counter offered me a price that was still $3000 higher then what I offered. We went around for a couple minutes could not come to an agreement. So I decided to leave at that time another member of the team and came back with a offer that was $500 dollars from my original offer.Then speaking with the loan officer at the dealer ship he stated that the truck had to many miles on it to be reliable and that I should by the warranties that they were offering.Bottom line is I wish they would have been more honest on the sale price and not try to get over on people by trying to up sale warranties by saying what you just purchased is junk and be honest about what they really will sell the vehicle for.I am happy with my purchase but I was not impressed with the customer service I understand they are in the business to make money but do it honestly.

After my auto was taken to another Dodge dealer 3 times by the person from whom I purchased it, it was still not right. I took the car to Gerry Wood Dodge because they service my other Dodge and have always done a good job. They checked out the problem, repaired it and returned it me, only charging me for the diagnostics time because they didnt want to charge me more since the other dealer had failed to correct the problem. That is customer service!! It is also why I take both of my Dodges to Gerry Wood for service.

They were responsive and helpful. I purchased a car from another state and they did a video chat so I could see my car and they drove it out to me. I still dont have my tags and they got some information wrong which is causing me to scramble before my 30 day tags expire. Overall a helpful staff that was attentive and made themselves available all the time. I bought from them because of the good price but mostly their willingness to get me quick responses!

Called about getting my van fixed. Told the gentleman that I believed it was a solenoid pak based of the check engine codes. They quoted me & I asked how long will it take so I could plan transportation. He said around a half day. Dropped it of at 1030am. Called around 2pm to see how much longer. I was told they got backed up & havent even pulled it in & was told around 430-5pm. Called back at 515pm & was told it wouldnt be ready until the next day. I told them I didnt have any transportation & I was told to rent a car for $50/day. I told them that I didnt have the money & I felt I shouldnt have to pay for it because it wasnt my fault to which he claimed that the condition of my vehicle made it harder to remove parts & took him longer to do & that it may not fix the issue. They did not diagnose the van to make sure that was the problem. Said I called & requested it. & proceed to do the $1000 job & is leaving stranded because they got behind. They just want your money. Its unprofessional for a mechanic shop to not scan the vehicle first & just take someones opinion & run with it. Everytime I asked for a manager they would put me on hold & eventually hang up.

Not the greatest experiences with this dealership. Sales was slow when I bought it. Took 5-6 hours. Messed up my name and social. Said I had a block on my credit when I don’t. And the real issue is They’ve messed up my tire rotation twice. I took it back both timesand they still couldn’t get it right. I ended up having to take it to tire discounters twice so they could correct it. And They did it for free both times. No issues.The last time this dealership told me they rotated them how the manual says but thats impossible because the tpms sensors detect and know if they are in the wrong place. Well after taking it back for correction, telling them how to fix it, they did it wrong again and put the tires in the wrong spots again. The advisor told me he couldn’t promise it will be right if they tried to fix it. I’m not sure why, it’s not complicated at all, that’s why I haven’t taken my truck there for anything else but an oil change because I can’t trust even simple things to be done properly and I’m tired of wasting time and being told that I’m wrong or that I brought it in that way when clearly I’m not and didn’t. I drive all the time and I know how my truck functions. But that was the last time I’ll take it here for anything. I gave multiple opportunities to get it right. But they couldn’t do it. I don’t recommend this dealership.

Inquired on a used 2015 Dodge Durango via online, to only be told that the price was labeled in error and that they would not honor that price if I was an interested buyer. The price jumped $4k, from $27k to $31k and I could not get a straight answer what it was for. If the vehicle is not ready for sale, you should not put a price until it is known what it needs from the shop.

Excellent staff, service, and facility. They’re leagues beyond any other Ram dealership that I’ve been to. If you take your vehicle in for servicing, it’ll be taken care of in a fraction of the time that it takes others. I needed the etorque alternator replaced on my 2020 Ram 1500, which was still under warranty. After receiving the part, they scheduled me to come in, and the entire replacement took about 2 hours. The truck no longer has voltage issues.

I spoke with a sales representative with this store multiple times over the course of a Friday and Saturday regarding my interest in a specific vehicle. I requested that the representative confirm the availability of this vehicle before I made arrangements to drive multiple hours to view and purchase said vehicle. The representative confirmed and we scheduled an appointment, only for me to be told that the vehicle was already sold upon my arrival. At which point, Brett and the sales management team attempted to flip my interest to another vehicle. I understand that the goal is to sell cars, but notification when the vehicle of interest in an appointment is sold would be nice. Honesty is always key. If you dont have a vehicle in inventory, let the customer know up front, and well either move on or work with you in the future procurement and purchase of a vehicle. Thank you for your time and pleasant experience leading up to my arrival.

My wife and I checked with several dealers before finding a great deal on a new Pacifica Hybrid at Gerry Wood. We drove out from Durham to finalize the purchase, and the offer sheet we signed was exactly the one we had been emailed in advance. They made the process as straightforward as possible, and we drove off happy customers. 15 miles later, our brand new van started overheating. The way everyone at Gerry Wood dealt with us over the next few days was remarkable. When I arrived back at the dealership with the van on a tow truck and there were no rental cars available, they gave me a new car off their lot as a loaner. When we decided we wanted a different van, they worked with us to find a comparable one at another dealership in Georgia and deliver it to us. Under NC law, our only remedy was having the original van repaired under the manufacturer’s warranty, but the folks at Gerry Wood understood our desire for a van we could count on. (The original van’s idler pulley had been installed incorrectly at the factory, and we wondered whether lasting damage might have been done by the overheating incident.) From the value out the door to the trade-in, I was impressed. However, the main reason I would go back or recommend is there no-hassle respectful nature of each person I was in contact with. Had the pleasure to meet Brandon Spenard and Austin in July this year after buying a brand new Ram 2500 HD from Gastonia CDJR. Unfortunately, Gastonia services and parts department have been less than helpful in regards to my needs to further equip our truck. When I needed upfront, a quick turnaround on a tonneau cover, Brandon stepped up and with help and the one of Austin got me in and out on a Sunday. While Gastonia CDJR is way closer to us, I will continue to drive the extra miles to service and buy my accessories and parts from Brandon at Gerry Woods CDJR. Brandon product knowledge, accountability and extreme customer focus is what sets apart a dealership. Austin who works for Brandon is at the image of his leader/manager - accountable, dependable and highly knowledgeable. CDJR Gastonia has a huge inventory of cars and trucks, their service and parts department is unfortunately sub-par. Gerry Wood inventory might not be as good as Gastonia but their service is second to none. I highly recommend Brandon and Austin at Gerry Wood CDJR.

I used Gerry Wood service to service my Jeep for the first time and had a great experience. They were fast, efficient and professional. They had me in and out in under an hour. I have never experienced this with other Jeep dealership that I used in past. Monica, service adviser, was great with checking on me and keeping me updated. I would highly recommend them and will be using them again in future.

Be careful. Went in for oil change. They stated I needed brakes on front asap and rear brakes soon after. Took to another shop to let them look at the brakes. They stated I had plenty of life left on them. At least 50% life left. So always get a second opinion before letting them do the work.

If you are going to buy a car from there DO not deal with JC, he is not professional, disrespectful, 0 manners. I had to talk to his manager Fred (great guy) to get things going. I bought a car from them and he did not bother to show me how things work in the car (common courtesy) and DID NOT fill the tank, I left the dealership with the gas light ON.The finance manager is really a good guy and professional.

My experience was good. There were a lot of moving parts as I found the car online and had to drive @3 hours to get it. The sales people were pleasant and I validated we really do live in a small world. My niece loves her 2018 Jeep Compass and likes the features.

Just bought a 2020 Chrysler 300s v8 from Nate Upright. Listen, wonderful stressless process. Nate being a car guy helped me make the best sound decision without applying any pressure simply told me the truth and put my best interest forward.

When driving around in a performance vehicle, I expect nothing but the best in customer service. Austin in the service department provides just that. He is very knowledgeable and knows the level of service I expect. Not sure what the technicians name was who last worked on my vehicle, but he was also professional and made sure the repairs were completed and completed correctly. He left no evidence of the work completed and the job was a messy one Im sure. Only complaint is not related to the dealership personnel but it would be nice to have loaner vehicles to eliminate the hassle of dealing with Enterprise. I live roughly 3 miles from a competing dealer, but I will continue to drive the 23 miles to have the most professional and stand up guys work on my vehicle. Thanks Austin for all you do!!

The car was secured and delivered in less than 24 hours to the dealership and I picked it up the next day. I cannot say enough how much care and time these guys take in satisfying your every request. I was in a position where I was in need of a car and I had shopped at other dealers with nothing working out, promises to call back but no call back and seemed as though they werent wanting to sale a car. Well I couldnt be happier that it didnt work out because Bonnie and all the others involved in my purchase of a brand new car at Gerry Wood Chrysler Dodge Jeep is the best. They were helpful and worked diligently to get something done and had amazing customer service and kept in touch and kept their word. I wouldnt recommend anywhere else anymore.
