I was dreading needing a new car and overwhelmed by the thought of getting taking advantage of on a lot but i have to admit this has been the best experience ever. Ive gone to other lots to shop and bought at other lots in the past and i felt rushed, not important, or that they were attentive first then didnt care.I bought my first BMW fully loaded here. Not only was the customer service top notch, but they were attentive to my every need and answered all questions thoroughly. Large variety of vehicles, all of which were in perfect condition. Thats huge in my opinion because they have such a wide range of foreign options. They were patient and made sure i understood everything. They really went out their way and remained just as involved during the whole process, not just in the beginning. They called after i had the car a few days to make sure i was still happy ( which i am). I absolutely love my car and dont plan on trading or selling for many years, but when i do I will NEVER go anywhere else. Ive referred my mom and all close friends. This is the only place to shop for a car. Im so thankful that i enjoyed the process. They will take care of you!

Extremely dissatisfied with the buying experience here. We agreed upon a trade in price for my vehicle after I sent photos and had car detailed. Drove down an hour and half just to have them change the offer to a $1000 less. Still went ahead with the purchase only to find out the truck has electrical issues. Anzier told me not to worry, he had my back. Now he wont return my calls!
