My ratings are for the Dealerships efforts to correct the Transmission shuttering that I was experiencing with the vehicle. Duane (Service Manager) personally took a road trip with me to confirm the issue and expressed confidence that the situation would be corrected. A TSB fluid change was preformed and I am pleased to report the issue has been corrected. Additionally Lizzy, Service Advisor is a real asset to the dealership!A second issue, that has not been corrected involves corrosion on 2 of the chrome wheels on the vehicle. A claim was submitted, including pictures of the wheels, and was approved by GMC for replacement of the wheels. The dealership has not been able to obtain the correct replacement wheels and I am awaiting replacement deposition.

Nav exceeded our expectations of making a deal and purchasing our 2014 GMC Sierra this weekend. He is a great salesman, goes out of his way to make the process stress-free, and is super knowledgeable on trucks. I believe he was just as excited as we were to find the perfect truck for us! I would give 10 stars if I could!

I recently purchased a used Mercedes-Benz from this dealership. Tim Reid was my salesman and I like him very much! He made the process quick and painless. The vehicle is in very good condition as they had described (I drove in from afar). On my way home I noticed a loud roaring noise from the tires - they were clearly feathered/cupped. I reached out to the Hertrich team and was told that since the tires measured 4/32 at sale there is nothing more we can do. Well the rear tires do in fact measure 4/32 but the fronts are at 2/32 (tread is flat with the wear bars). For a vehicle that cost nearly $50k at the time of sale, I would expect it have been better gone-through. Now I will be investing a significant amount for new front tires on a vehicle I purchased 2 days ago.

Service was done on time and completely to my satisfaction. The service advisors were friendly and professional. Ive been a long time customer.

I didnt buy a car from them but I came to the service garage to get my 2007 Pontiac Grand Prix repaired. I had an issue where my car was not blowing out any heat. The level of service I received was top-notch. I came in and described my problem to Lizzie. She scheduled me an appointment and I was on my way. John helped me once I came back for my appointment and this experience was beyond exceptional. He gave me the full diagnosis of the issue and provided me with all the repair options. I went to many other places before coming to Hertrich and none of these places helped me. Shortly after arriving for my appointment, I had many options for repair which was not the case anywhere else. Ultimately, they repaired my car and fixed an issue that other places could not. You hear stories about how expensive it is to get your car repaired at the dealership but this was not the case at Hertrich. The price for the repairs was very reasonable and they even performed a recall of my headlamps for free. This place was awesome from start to finish. Everyone was very professional and helpful. The salesman was outstanding. The vehicle is super! The reason for the low score is that the process took over FIVE hours. Also the new car prep was substandard, and I thought the finance guy, selling add on warranties was just to much. Love the car, but dislike the arm twisting of the finance department.

Greeted in a very prompt and courteous manner. Showed me to clean waiting room and offered me a bottle of water. Issue diagnosed quickly. Unfortunately, at this time the condition looks like a possible ‘call back’, so will have to remain unfixed, until replacement part is manufactured to correct the issue. Hopefully, this will occur sometime in 2021. Received all the necessary paperwork and I was on my way very promptly.

Some things were good. Sale took a lot of time and sales person delivered my truck. All good.70 thousand dollar truck delivered with less than a half tank of fuel. That is not good!

I had an emergency tire blowout and the Heritage GMC Svc Manager on his own came to my rescue. He came out and took care of the problem then took the blown tire back to the dealership for a replacement. The replacement costs was actually lower than I expected. I have got to say, I have never had quite the experience at a car lot like I had this Sunday at Hertrich. Me and my wife have been looking for a vehicle for our family since we’re adding a grandchild to the mix very soon! However due to our work schedule we aren’t able to get to dealerships to look around unless it’s Sunday! However there is never anyone there to help on a Sunday. So we kinda always draw blank. Well come to my surprise I pulled into Buick GMC and there was this young man, who I later learned was Abdullah Siddiqui filming what looked like a video of 2 vehicles. I went around the lot and stopped to look at a 2021 Yukon. To my surprise the salesman walked over when the dealership was closed, and probably on his day off to ask me if I needed any assistance. He went around the entire dealership with me, showing me different options for the issues I was having. He did this all out of the kindness of his heart there was no way he could sell me a vehicle that day and he didn’t have to help me if he didn’t want to. The young man went out of his way to give me prices and hit me with benefits for going used or new! I asked him why he was here on his day off, I can’t lie I was curious. I was looking for a GMC Acadia. But unfortunately with me being upside down in my previous car I needed to buy something that would accommodate that. I ended up purchasing a 2020 GMC Terrain because it had a decent rebate on it.My salesman was nice but seemed to be more concerned with the customers that stopped by about 2 hours into my buying process. I expected him to help me set up my OnStar but just told me to push the OnStar button and follow the prompts. Luckily I know how to pair my cell phone because he didn’t help me with that either. As soon as I finished signing the papers I sat in the car ready to go home but couldn’t figure out how to put it in drive. I’m used to a shifter so the shift buttons are new to me. I didn’t test drive the vehicle first because we were concerned about getting my credit approved. I figured that once I was approved the salesperson would run me through the operation of my new car. Nope. The car was started when I got outside. I got outside, sat in my new car, and the salesman popped his head in the passenger window to give me his card and that was it. Oh by the way, I’m not sure what your policy of face mask wearing is but my salesperson didn’t wear his most of the time. He had a buff that he wore around his neck that he sometimes placed around his face.And I’m not too pleased with the detailing department either. It was raining that day so there wasn’t much sense n them washing it but the interior windows could’ve been cleaned. They have some kind of film in them which makes it hard to see. I’ll be cleaning them today.I guess I expected that when I bought such an expensive car I’d have a more premium experience. This is my first brand new car and my last car since my husband and I will be retiring in 5 years.I like the car just fine but my experience wasn’t what I expected it to be.

The manager Paul had none for me when I needed to pay for a vehicle diagnostic with a family members credit card. No one informed me over the phone about any acceptable payment arrangements. Instead the manager told me I couldnt use the card and threatened to keep my vehicle. He offered no other solution. He simply didnt care. Didnt care that I drove 1 1/2 hours to the dealership. Nope. Pay me the way I want you to or Ill keep your car. Such an excellent compassionate leader. Everyone else was great.

I recently purchased my new vehicle from here working the Navraj Thapa the salesman and Paul longaker the covering manager at the time. The experience was decent until after the purchase was finalized. I requested upon first looking at the vehicle for it to be detailed again, which they were happy to do. While waiting to leave with my new vehicle detail had attempted to detail the vehicle again with this being the third time the truck had been detailed prior to handing me the keys. I complained right there on the spot and both parties agreed that the detail was not done appropriately and that their shop was not capable of getting the job done that day. I was told to please call back for additional arrangements. Since then multiple calls and emails have been sent with no resolution. It has been 3 weeks since the purchase at this point and still no detail has been done. I have reached out pleasantly requesting this service to be completed and at this point its just unacceptable.Update: The previous issue at hand has been addressed in a professional manner and the detail has been taken care of. Although it took sometime for the issue to be handled everything else within the purchase ran smoothly and professionally.
