My Mercedes had been involved in a minor accident and was sent by the body shop (Caliber Collision) to Quick Lane to check and adjust the front end alignment. After picking up the car, noticed that the alignment was off and car pulled to the right consistently. Caliber claimed that the alignment was set to factory specifications, however it was clearly evident that alignment was off. I returned the car to Quick Lane only to find out from a technician that they did not have the proper equipment to align a Mercedes vehicle. Spoke with Justin (Manager) who tried to give me the runaround. Bottom line, took my car to Mercedes service to have it correctly aligned, Quick Lane picked up the bill. Wasted 4 hours of my time to correct an issue that should never have happened due to Quick Lane’s incompetence. Will never take my vehicle to Quick Lane again for any service.
I was there on 12/18/2017 to have my car service. I was very please of the job that they did. The Service Advisor name Donald Gravesande was just Flawless!!! Thats all I can say. I will be back again.

Made appointment for an inspection two days ahead of time for an Uber Inspection. Drove 60 miles - all wasted because they didnt have the courtesy to say we no longer perform that service. Really? And you dont have the common courtesy to notify the customer?
For taking one nail out, they made me pay $60. They made me pay $60 for the one hour labor charge and it took them an hour and the service was terrible. Not recommended for anybody.
Figured I’d get up early and come in when they opened to get an oil change out of the way. When I walked in I was told that nobody would be in until 0730 to do the oil change and they wouldn’t be able to start it until 0800. No problem, I sit and just wait. Another person comes in for an oil change a little after me, leaves, comes back and gets out before me. During the wait, he tells me that he’s sorry they still didn’t have anyone in to do the change and that he’s going to get the inspector to do it. This is like 0830. No problem, so I continue to wait. 15 mins later I’m told that my turning light is out and asked if I want that and my wipers changed. Again, no problem. Figured I’d be out in 20 mins. Well now they can’t find the right bulb. And the bulb that came with the new car that I bought... was the wrong bulb? Ok. No problem, I continue to wait. Well it’s been 40 mins and still waiting. Although the guy upfront was very apologetic and nice to me, I’d never come here again. For the name being called quick lane it’s not all that quick. At all.
