Had my company truck serviced...oil and filter change. Four new tires and alignment. Was in and out in about an hour and a half! Fast friendly service! Would recommend these folks to everyone!!!

Always professional and helpful, The staff knows what they are doing and always helps me and makes sure I leave knowing I was taken care of without having to shop around because I came to the right place the first time, would highly recommend these guys and save your time shopping around and go to the right place the first time. I dealt with cardinal tire once and Firestone even offered to make right what they messed up and to check over the improper alignment that cardinal gave me, and I will be back and a repeat customer!! Also the place is well kept and clean these guys have it together and obviously aim to keep it that way!

I feel like I was screwed. Went in for an oil change because I had purchased a discount card from the Cub Scouts. I was supposed to get $10.00 off my oil change. Instead I ended up paying more than I would have at my regular mechanic. When I mentioned I had a $10.00 off card, I was told that they had already applied a coupon and could not double up on discounts. They Said the coupon was also 10.00 off. My bill was over $50.00, so You mean to tell me that if not for your so called “coupon” then my oil change would have been over $60.00 ?? I expected to pay about $30.00. I think I’ll go back to my regular mechanic next time.

Damaged undercarriage exhaust pipe from speed bump was causing loud noise. I did not have an appointment but Phil was very kind and checked the vehicle on a lift to make sure it was just the pipe. He did not accept payment and assured me that the van would be safe to continue traveling with my disabled daughter. Very honest and helpful!

After less than 3k miles on a brand new set of falken wild peak at tires, along with an alignment service, my front 2 tires were totally bald. This shop blames the tires saying it was a factory defect. They say its because I ordered them from online that they cant do anything about it. Well I ordered them online because Firestone doesnt carry these 1500 dollar tires. No effort at all was made to even compensate me for anything. Terrible. 20 years of coming here and this is how you get treated.

Slow on oil changes plus had appointment

I got a new tire from Firestone just to go back to them because they broke my stem valve on the tire I just bought from them and then they wanted to charge me for a new one for something they broke. So when they decided to fix it for free after realizing that they werent going to get my dime they give me back the tire with the psi at 27. Who the hell puts the tire at 27 psi and not at 32. NEVER AGAIN!!! Will I buy nor get serviced again by Firestone.

Brought my truck in for alignment and brought it back two more times over the next three days, they never aligned it kept pulling to the right, they finally did give me my money back, took it elsewhere and alignment was done first time

Brought a tire to get a nail removed and patched. After speaking to them they said an hour, so I brought it. Three hours later they gave me the excuse that the angle of the nail couldnt be fixed and tried to sell me a new tire. I am an aircraft mechanic and knew this advice was wrong so I brought the tire to rusher auto and they helped me out instead of digging into my pockets.

Went the extra mile to be sure we were satisfied.

12/20/2017 just had 4 new tires installed and alignment. They did a great job. The new store manager did a great job letting me know what they was doing to my car and every option I had. Never tried to force me into buying anything. Very friendly to other customer when they walked in and honest with everybody on how long it will take to get the work done. I will go back to have my vehicles worked on. I like too thank George and Ryan for a outstanding job.

Wasnt very happy with the service they told me that I need a alternator that would have cost me 500 dollars that I knew I didnt have.An they charged up the old battery because car wasnt wanting to crank. So I took my car somewhere else only to find out the battery had a bad cell in it so I bought a brand new battery somewhere eles an car crank right up an alternator is just fine.im good now nothing Firestone can do for me.

Firestone will never get my business again!! VERY DISSATISFIED!! Wish I could rate 0 stars. This is the second time I have scheduled a service appointment on their website. Both times I have received a confirmation email. Both times I was given an excuse why they could not / would not honor my appointment and told me to reschedule. I told them no, the system obviously does not work and they over book appointments.I agree with the previous comment.... good ratings must be family, friends or employees them self.And to think I was considering buying tires from them.... not anymore!!I have contacted corporate office but yet to receive call back. I will not waste anymore of my time dealing with Firestone!!

There wait times are through the roof. I had an appointment at 12:00 p.m I get here 10 mins early & it is not 12:50 p.m and still have not even put my car in the bay. What is the point in an appointment if I still have to wait just as long. Need more staff & need to be better on time. I dont wanna spend my Friday waiting all day on an alignment .

Not even 1 star. Scheduled an appointment to get the tires on my dually rotated. Waste of time and a half hour waiting. Last week they failed to say the lift wouldnt handle the truck.

Ive been around here for more than 20 years and have NEVER heard one good thing about this place. The good ratings you see here are obviously from friends/family of the workers there. They will lie, cheat, just about steal just to get as much money as they can.They make up problems with your automobile and insist that certain parts need repair/replacement. I like to test local shops for honesty and proper business ethics and every time I go here to test them, they fail. Ive been a mechanical engineer for more than 30 years, Im quite familiar with the operations of vehicle components as Ive studied proper automotive mechanics. It doesnt matter who is working here or what you ask them to do, they will ALWAYS try to add on fictional problems that they dont even replace. Its a wonder this place is still operating. They should be closes down by the Better Business Bureau.

The manager of this store is an extreme rare commodity among the managers of Firestone shops! Outstanding, honest and fair guy. In the three times I have been to this shop (on my way on a long trip back home), there was no attempt to rip me off on bogus charges or unnecessary services unlike 99% of other Firestone shops managers that I have visited elsewhere. This shop did their job professionally, suggested repairs/services that were truly needed by the car (no bogus ambiguous repairs). You may ask why I go to Firestone when I had so much of bad experience? Well, I bought my tires there and have paid for free rotation, balance and alignment. When you buy, they are nice and wrap you up with all the buzz words of warranties and service. When you need the warranty or service, 99% of their managers find a way to blame it on you and charge you some additional $500 for new services.So, this 5-star rating is only for this shop not all Firestone. Next time, I will drive the additional 20 miles to get my service there.A word for Firestone top management and CEO: Please do not hire as..holes to run your stores!

I needed a tire balanced on my car. The tire was getting to the point where it was not safe to drive. I got to Firestone at 6:30 PM and asked to get my tire balanced. I was told no and declined service because the person at the front desk told me the guy was busy. I could understand if I needed something big, but not a tire. I tried to call and talk to the manager at 12PM, but he was not in yet, nor was the service manager.

Paid for alignment $96.50. They said that they need to replace a tie rod end to finish alignment. $278. I told them i would replace it myself. Still charged for alignment. They said they aligned 3 out of 4 tires. Ok i would return after installation of tie rod. Paid $40 bucks at autozone for moog brand. Firestone wanted to charge $ 170 for part. Took it to Jiffy lube to get tie rod installed. They said both tie rods looked new. No need to replace. They checked alignment and not one tire was aligned. Went ahead and payed Jiffy lube to align. They aligned every wheel with little effort. Fi. It took alot of talking to get alignment money back from Firestone. Beware of these guys.

I came in for a inspection for my Honda Accord. The man up front was professional. However, after getting the car back after inspection the interior smelled like an ashtray. It took me a three of days of riding with the windows down to get the smell out. This was obviously more than cigarette smell on a persons clothes. The mechanic(s) also left grease spots on the head liner and driver side sun visor. Avoid this place if you dont like people smoking in your car and grease stains in your interior.

Phil is the main man! He is the main reason I still go, hes trustworthy and helpful. Everyone else is nice there, theyre just not PHIL! He is the lifeblood, mana, essence of Firestone!

I used to have no problem here. I had a left rear tire go down and had a spare on it. Went in to see if they can patch it or replace it. I was told I had to make an appointment. Their were 4 guys standing around not doing anything. Should have been a 20 minute job and done. I left and went to another location. Bad business!

Took my vehicle here to be inspected. The staff was very professional and communicated clearly the issues with my vehicle. They were not pushy, and made very practical suggestions.

Very friendly and fast. I went in for an oil change tire rotation, and squealing brakes. They didnt try to upsale anything, and were honest about what I thought I needed, but didnt. (Air filter, rear brakes) They also told me the condition of my tires, and gave me an estimate of when Ill need new ones.. which will probably be close to year. This is exactly how you keep customers! I think the guy I dealt with was Chris. Top notch!

I went in for a headlight bulb to be changed. They quoted me $50 but tried to charge me $78 at the desk. Then said that my tire had a nail in it and was not repairable and tried to get me to purchase a tire. There is nothing wrong with my tire! Phil was very unprofessional. This place is a rip off I STRONGLY urge everyone to stay away from this place! They will try to get as money out of you as they can. I really can’t believe they are still operating.

Got my oil changed there rode around for a couple days noticing a gasoline smell in the cabin. Opened up my hood, they didn’t put the damn oil cap back on the motor 🤦🏻‍♂️. I will be driving there in the am and will change this to 2-3 stars depending on their response. RidiculousEdit. They went about bought me a generic oil cap. No refund or anything but it is what it is. Mistakes happen.

I made an appointment for my husband to go in and get the oil changed. They conveniently convinced him the air filters needed changed and charged 1/2 hour labor for each one plus an exorbiant upcharge on the filters themselves. He didnt know that I had recently had them replaced at a much more affordable rate. I doubt they even needed changed. Do not give this place your business.

I would rate them no stars, but that isnt an option. They quoted us over $600 for our front brakes saying the routers were in really bad shape and that most all the parts needed replaced. We had never heard a sound from them, so I was leery. Upon changing the pads, the routers are in excellent shape, not a groove or nick to be seen, not even a groove on the edges. There is no way I would suggest this business to anyone!! Rip off, shamsters!!

Terrible service, drove there Saturday morning July 22nd got there at 7:30 door still locked . Went to the garage area and nice man told me hed tell someone. The manager then walked right past me with no acknowledge that I was there and went to unlock the front door . So I walked back to the lobby only to be told they wouldnt help me because my tire had a plug in it ? I told him my tire was going flat, didnt even offer me air !!!! Just sent a women back out on the road to put myself and others in danger. Id just hope someone would help your mom, daughter or sister in their time of need . Ill never be back or refer anyone to you . Very RUDE

The Firestone in Mooresville, NC has great service but this one in Salisbury tried to upsell my on tires - but I had a tire warranty from them and the tires didnt need replacement yet. Shady.

This company will be getting sued for fraudulent business. My wife went in there because the rear brakes were making a scratching noise. All that needed to be replaced was the pads and rotors. They charged her an additional $464.93 for calipers she did not need. Called VW of Concord to confirm this. Will be suing.
