Reached out to my salesman twice expressed interest in getting a whole home system. He told me he would give me a call to get started the following week, I have yet to hear from him, its been over a month. I have called a different terminal several times they refuse to send a salesman when I live between two different terminals.

We purchased a new treatment system about two years ago from Sharp Water. We are on a well, and our water was full of iron and really poor quality. At first we had issues since our water was so difficult, but I will tell you that Sharp Water continued to work with us until the water was perfect. Their response was always quick, always returned calls, and truly showed that a company does stand behind their product and work. We would recommend them without hesitation.

Install was very fast and the installed system takes up very little cabinet space. I am selling my home and this was the easiest item to fix from the home inspection!

The system is easy to use and the water tastes great. I have peace of mind know Im not drinking tons of chemicals in my water. The sales guy was very helpful explaining how the system worked.

Afterwards I cleaned up a bit and noticed my soft sponge became a brillo pad. The metal shavings from their drilling a hole went even six feet away in my glass cooktop stove. The floor had them too maybe scratched it up and IDK how many cooking items they flew into. I spent over an hour cleaning them and still dont know if I got all the tiny bits. They need a safer way to drill a hole or not do it and tell customers to get a sink with another hole or use an existing hole or something else! They also had leaks and someone came out to fix them the next day after I complained about both the leaks and metal bits and they never apologize or anything about the metal from their drilling everywhere.

We have had Sharp Culligan Water softening system in our home since 2005. In 2012 we upgraded the system and have always been pleased. The quality of our water is excellent. We have never had problems with the equipment. Their service is great. We have recommended them to neighbors who also enjoy the benefits of Sharp Water Culligan.

Sharp Water Culligan always provides friendly and expert service. Since having my whole house and reverse osmosis filters installed my water quality has been excellent.

I have had their system since July and there is always water leaking out of it. Ive had two specialists come out to fix it and again I woke up this morning to a half an inch of water in my mudroom. Im getting very disgusted. A third guy is coming out tomorrow. Hopefully they will get it fixed but as for now I give them a very poor review. I would look elsewhere.

They cant get the delivery correct deliver 5 gallon bottles instead of 3 gal bottles requested. Billing is always incorrect. Deliver salt when not needed. Looking for another company

Driver didnt write what time he was supposedly locked out in the log which leads me to believe maybe on the day I unlocked the door the night before, checked it and was home the entire day ... maybe he just didnt try. Not a new route, not a new house so he should know where to go. If you want me to believe he DID try, maybe make a we missed you/locked out sign for the alleged offending door handle because I have no reason to believe his or your word right now. Will be making a UNLOCKED sign here if youve read this sign for the next few days while I wait for them to come back to my still unlocked door.

Contacted several companys in my area via email for some suggestions on eliminating the sulphur smell in my well water. Sharp Culligan of Salisbury was the first to respond within an hour. The receptionist was polite and informative so I set up a free no obligation water test. The representitive came out a couple days later as scheduled and on time. He was well prepared, friendly and personable. He checked my existing water softner system explaining in detail the best ways to control iron issues, salt efficiency and maintenance. He made some suggestions and adjustments and then began the water test by pulling untreated water from the well bladder in my crawl space. He performed a series of test and determined my water was safe but I was expieriencing typical well water issues..iron and odor. He said my existing softner was fine and recomended a chlorine injection system for the odor. He displayed and explained all options and pricing, including drinking water reverese osmosis sysyems. I settled on a system within my budget. I was offered a good financing option as well. He contacted the installer directly and set up the install a couple days later. The technician was on time, polite and profesional. He surveyed the set up, explained in detail what he was about to do and completed the install within a couple hours. He tested and adjusted the new system several times then explained the operation, adjustments and maintenance. The install was neat and tidy. I was contacted by the office a week later for a follow up to make sure everything went and was working well. I was very satisfied with the entire process. A couple months later I had some questions because I detected intermittent odors again so I called. (free service calls for 1yr) They sent a tech out the next day, he was on time and he made some adjutments to inject more chlorine and went over the adjusments with me explaining that wells are all different and each system does not have a standard setting and it will take some time to adjust my system to my particular well and I can make the adustments as needed. Good information. Overall Im very satisfied with the service and system I recieved from Sharp Culligan of Salisbury and will continue to use and recommend their services.

Fast, friendly service - Im extremely satisfied!

The billing process is horrible. We are renting their equiptment and getting salt deliveries, but they never check on or service their equiptment. The computer on the water softener went up and turned all of our sinks, tubs and toilets orange from the iron in the water. Culligan then tried to charge us $200 to fix, even though they are supposed top maintain it. We didnt end up having to pay, but they fixed it and a couple months later it stopped working again. They still wont replace the entire system, even though it really needs to be replaced. In the mean time everything is getting dyed orange again, even our clothes. So over this company, seriously thinking about finding a different company to do buisness with.

We replaced our 27 years old water conditioner unit just because we did renovation to the garage and since then we are very sorry. Culligan system is a totally failed system we had better water from our old system then this new one. it was ok for first 6 months. We were told by our salesman that we dont need much salt in this new system and it will be paid by the saving from salt in three years but let me tell you that it takes more salt then old system. Now after one and half year my clorox feeder motor burnt. We made one yearly service call to change filters but repair man never showed up and never called to say he is not coming or late after office and himself called in the morning to confirm the appointment.So anyway making long story short if you are looking for a new water conditioner I strongly recomend look somewhere else.

Horrible service from Kegan Wise and David Mauger in the Norristown office! In spring of 2016 I contacted them repeated by email and phone about their service technicians causing our pipes to get filled will grit from their system improperly serviced that cost us a substantial amount of money to have cleaned out by a plumber after I was told they dont do that work. They refused to follow up with me despite my repeated outreach to both men about the problems and costs their company cost us. Im still waiting to hear back from them. They repeatedly ignored my emails and calls thennever followed up on promises to get back to me. In the meantime, Im stuck with their equipment that only Culligan will service.
