Fun stuff you cant find anywhere else and lots of nostalgia mixed with current pop culture. I did have to explain to my 8 year old that it was a DVD/CD store b🤦🏻‍♀️

Well I went in for 2 movies,which they didnt have but I did get one I wasnt expecting to find. The guy who was working did go and check the shelves for the one movie but it wasnt there, nice guy very helpful. They are having a good sale on previously owned movies.

I love FYE and shop there every time I go to the mall. They always have deals for great products and they are up to date on everything you would want.

Always friendly and helpful people. May not always find what we are looking for. But get surprised by other things to buy.

Their selection had dwindled

Good setup, good service, but kinda small compared to other FYE stores Ive been to. Also this is just a general complaint about FYE but I find that some stuff that seems expensive is cheap and other stuff that should be so cheap costs so much money for no reason at all. If your smart and do some looking you can find good stuff. But dont get cheated by some of these crazy prices.

I used to LOVE this store. Customer loyalty completely. But now they are moving into less music and movies and more into merchandise. The workers are always willing to help, however they are understaffed. Would recommend for a movie lover, but always check prices around.

Always love going here & looking around. Good selection of movies, TV shows & music. Nice to see a collection of vinyl too. Reasonable prices plus theres always deals, used dvds & clearance items. Also a good selection of collectibles. Staff is ALWAYS FRIENDLY & HELPFUL. I think they like what they do.

Tiffany is a outstanding manager. She has a great personality and is always very friendly. Shes always very helpful at getting you things that you need.

They seem to be moving into more merchandising and less movies and music. Would like to see more movies and music. Service is always good. Look forward to our next visit

Fun place to visit to get small things

This store is fun to browse, and the prices arent terribly awful. Its one of the few places that has K-pop stuff.

Kinda small, but not a bad selection. Pop figures were in decent shape.

Great variety on music, movies, tv shows and collectibles. Shopped here many times and always left with something satisfying.

I dont know what side of the bed these comment people woke up on. But I have been going here for years and have never had a bad experience here. Yes you might have to look for someone. But guess what, that means they are working.

While FYE has changed with the time I feel this is one of the only stores in the area where you can find a lot of the stuff they have. The store does feel a bit cluttered or stuffy and like most stores, they have been slowly carrying less and less dvds, cds, and other discs and have been adding more pops or collection type items, clothing, blankets and over all Japanese style items and boxes. I feel they have turned into what Sam Goodys would have been if they were still in the mall. I would really hate to see FYE lose the edge or uniqueness they have like Hot Topic did when they stopped selling music in store.
