I called today looking for a service call for my boat that wont start and wont trim up. Mr. Jones was very kind and thorough on the phone trying to give suggestions on what is going on. He scheduled me for service on Wednesday and I was very impressed on how quickly he prioritized my call. Will be a regular customer

Just got my pontoon boat back from their shop a few weeks ago. I gave them a very big list of work. They kept me informed step by step with the repairs and only performed additional work after we discussed the options in detail. The boat was about 15 years old and honestly looks and runs like a new boat. When I visited the shop to see the progress they were very friendly and really took the time to treat me like a valuable costumer. The shop guys even took the time to show me the work he had done and what needs to be done later. He gave me boat maintenance tips and then gave me a tour of the shop.Friendly guys and do good work.

Called and tried to get my boat in for some service work. I have an 89 Hurricane Deckboat. Needed some minor cable adjustments made to the drive /shift cables. Was told that most of the time its not just a simple adjustment and its usually internal damage and most of the time we have to rebuild the whole unit. Told me to expect to pay 3000$ plus dollars to have drive unit rebuilt. I said ok, well would you be willing to just look at it and see what you think? I was told no that those boats have lots of problems and issues and the cost of repair wouldnt be worth it unless its a sentimental family piece Needless to say I found another shop to work on my boat.. 238$ later and some minor cable adjustments along with a lake test, my boat runs and shifts like new. Dont waste your time with this shop.**Updated ** In response to you, I did ask if I could bring in my boat so that you could look at it further and if you had bothered to read my entire review you would see that you told me you would not be willing to look at it any further because those boats have lots of problems and issues and the cost of repair wouldnt be worth it unless its a sentimental family piece So like I mentioned before, I would recommend that anyone needing service on a boat look else where. I can recommend a great mechanic if anyone needs one, just post comment to this review and I will provide you with that information.

I contacted Jones marine on a referral from a mechanic I trusted. My experience was incredible. They worked through the night to get my repairs for a big event I was hosting. They communicated clearly throughout the whole process. They followed up completely after. The work they did was extensive, but all of it was validated and they took the time to explain to me what was driving all of the work and how they broke down the costs. Excellent recommendation to these guys.

Took my boat to them to diagnose problems. Was told it would cost $100 for an hour or so diagnose. Spoke to him over a week later (since I hadnt heard anything) said that he spotted a busted block quickly and there was no point in continuing diagnosing anything else since obvious engine replacement needed. I asked for several quotes on engine replacement days later still nothing firm on price. I decided Im gonna go a different route in fixing it so I go to pickup and Im left with a $495 bill after he discounted the original bill of over $600!! He never advised there would be any more cost involved unless we proceeded obviously. Joke of a business!!! Go down the road.
