Not only does this store imply their customers are diseased by requiring masks but also charge money to provide them. You arent allowed to try on nor return wigs so you might as well shop online. Absolutely no upside to shopping in this store.

This is my first time going to Salisbury beauty supply store and although it had so many different varieties of hair and anything you could ever think of with all that they had I could not find the one thing I went in there for which was pretty disappointing.

Bought a clip in pack of hair 2 days ago. Went to return today due to being told by my stylist she couldn’t use this on my hair. The receipt says you have 14 days to return any product in same condition and unused. I was just told I couldn’t return it even though I had the receipt and it was un open. They tried using “covid” as excuse. Highly disappointed and loss of hundred of dollars on product I can’t use. Will not be returning

I went into the shop on a Sunday and I was looking for a wig. I got to the back of the shop and I was on the wrong side of the shop. I found out that those were those were hair pieces that were sewn in so I finally got to the wigs. I was looking around for help or assistance and one girl was cleaning the floor so I was looking to get the other girls attention and she was on the telephone talking to someone telling them that she that she doesnt talk to liars and he asking her what why why she did what and and whatever. I finally did catch the girl after she finished cleaning the floor. I told her it was my first time buying and trying on wigs and that I needed some help. I showed her the wigs that I wanted to try on and she smartly told me I could only try on 3. I asked her what if I dont like any of the three that I try on she told me those are the rules and thats just too bad. I said Im spending money here how am I expected to find what I want if Im limited like this she said that she get off at 5 so whatever whatever happens she going home. At that point I asked if I ask for a manager she stated I am a manager but Ill go and get somebody. I dont know what she said but she came back with one of the owners the owner.I began explaining the situation and he just pointed to the sign and repeated three wigs per day and said absolutely nothing except we closing in 5 minutes. I told him I really dont see how that shop going to make money if theyre going to be like this to peopleThe other girl states we make plenty of money as if shes an owner and getting any of the profit I dont know I think making 995 an hour is not making plenty money. They were so rude to me even the old man with the gray hair. he was nice in the beginning because he saw that I was disabled and came out and held the door for me but when it came down for me to talk to somebody about getting service in that shop the service was poor so if I had my way I would give them one fifth of a star.

I was in the store today. Wasnt Please at all. The lady that works there on the floor wasnt friendly at all. She wasnt interesting in helping me. I wont be coming back. The store is just too huge. I do better in a smaller store, I lease I can find what Im looking for.
