Had to get a few things for a football themed party and we found most of what we needed. Just couldnt find silver numbers I needed all they had was gold.

Friendly and quick service. We were greeted upon arrival, and helped by the man behind the counter (name was Michael or Sean). He made a few recommendations, and was conversational. The prices were to be expected; nothing less than or more than I thought it would be. I was just impressed by the great customer service and available inventory for what we were looking for.

Bought a spiderman costume for my grandson, he loved it!

I dont like shopping but I went to party City to pick up a few items. I was there maybe 15 mins. Everything was organized and easy to find. The gentleman that was working was very pleasant and knew where my items within the store.

Everything was gray but here balloons. They do not blow Circular and they are very hard to blow and tie. But otherwise, great store. And there balloons are overpriced.

To get ballons blown up here 1.19 EACH. Check online when its a major holiday they sell out quick. Save some time.

The staff is very helpful & my order was ready as promised. We always get my daughters costume from here. Getting it online and then picking it up was the easiest thing to do. Will def be back next year!!

What here to to get some things for my sister baby shower but they dont have everything I needed

This review if for the Salisbury MD store. I spent $20 on a monster high balloon that glides. Those of you that have kids know what I’m talking about. This balloon did not stay together for more than two hours before two pieces came apart. The leg which keeps it on the floor and the hair on one side which was barely connected. I went to the store spoke to someone and they said if I bring it back I can get my money back for it. When I got back the manager refused to give me my money back and proceeded to tape it back together with box tape. I told her it was obviously defective since I’ve had these before and they’ve never fallen apart but she refused to return it because she said the party was over. I guess she wanted me to leave my six-year-old daughter on her birthday to return a balloon that she would’ve just taped up anyway! I am beyond mad and I wish there was another store locally that you could buy balloons from! Now I have the same balloon with tape all over it and still not put together correctly! I’ve contacted corporate but haven’t heard from them. I have also emailed them twice. Does anyone else find this acceptable? I have posted pictures off all the places she had to tape this together. All 8 places she taped!

I spent over 100.00 for a baby reveal party for my daughter today. I purchased the items 2 days ago. I got the gender reveal balloon AMD advised the cashier I would not need it filled with helium till tomorrow she said I had to pay 6.99 for frickin helium!!!!!! I was vivid I will never buy from them again as much money I spent...needless to say dollar tree filled it for free!!!!!!! this morning ....horrible service at party city stay away

Every time I have ever been to this place it has been awful. Employees are completely unhelpful, untrained, couldnt possibly care any less about the customers. It is blatantly clear in their expression. The female manager is the nastiest person I have ever had to deal with anywhere. There has been more than one occasion that she has left me speechless with her attitude towards customers. It is just a matter of time before this store is shut down. WalMart has a better supply and provides a much better experience!

I wanted to buy 1 giant helium balloon for my daughters birthday. The gentleman behind the counter spoke hardly above a whisper that I couldnt understand any of his answers to my questions. He had to get help to put string on the balloons and then charged me for two instead of one. Very very disappointed with service at the store.

I have been to this store twice in the last year and both times my experience has been terrible. First off you can not get waited on if you are trying to find something particular. The first time I went was to get some black hats for a promotion, could not find them on the shelf so when I finally found someone to ask she just said...Those are all packed away in the back store room. Last night I went to see about a Pirate costume for a local event and after walking around in circles in the store I found 3 female employees working on a display wall and when I walked up they did their best to ignore me and when I asked if they had any Pirate costumes one of the ladies looked as though I was interrupting what they were doing and rudely said...no those are all packed away in the store room! I have a suggestion...maybe you should hire someone to work in the store room and re stock your shelves. I have been in retail for over 40 years and this is by far the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I will never shop at your store again a complete waste of time!

You will find what you came for, for the most part.Its an abundance of choices for any party occasion they are overpriced some things you can just go to Dollar Tree, Dollar General or Walmart.

Customer service was poor and staff acted as if they were doing me a favor. I wont be shopping there again.

A lot of the stuff is overpriced, but it is what it is. If you need something they sell and you want to buy it locally, there arent very many options. Normally there isnt much of a wait when checking out, but I have had to wait 30+ minutes for balloons on a Saturday. If youre buying balloons on a weekend, go early.
