My experience with the driver of the tow vehicle was pleasant enough. The company, however, had me write my credit card information down on a scrap of paper and give this to the driver. I was never given a receipt or an invoice or any record of having my vehicle towed to a local tire repair shop. Being asked to give a stranger my credit card information was frightening. My vehicle needed to be towed on a Saturday during the day, so I feel that the business should have had a way to take my information and give me a normal receipt for services rendered instead of asking me to hand write my credit card information on a scrap of paper and give it to someone that I had never met previously.
First of all, I called this place three times so I was probably super annoying but they didn’t make me feel that way. I called for price, then asking about payment, and finally making sure it was a flat bed because of my tire situation. They answered all my questions thoroughly and politely. When Billy, the driver, came he was extremely nice and assured me of good news about the vehicle and then met me at the destination I was traveling to for the repair. I have had a bad experience with a tow in the past and everything went smoothly because he knew what he was doing and I highly recommend them.
My daughter had a fantastic experience. The driver and owner made her feel comfortable after experiencing an accident. When dealing with the insurance company Salisbury towing was very supportive in helping us. Thank you!!
Driver took off running and didnt ask if anyone was okay after the accident he caused and kept arguing
I had my car towed by Mr. Webber and he informed me that my brakes were the cause of my breakdown. He quoted me a price on doing my breaks and after I check the quote from my normal auto mechanic facility I allowed Mr. Webber to replace my brakes and I was extremely happy with the price quality of service and speed of return of my vehicle. He was very professional and his lounge is immaculate.
I got the moving truck stuck in the front yard after loading it. Waited several hours for another company to pull me out and they never showed up. Called Salisbury towing. He said he would be there in 45 minutes and was. Pulled it right out. He saved our day for moving.
If I could give NO STARS, I would have done that! My experience with this company was absolutely dismal, some of the worst customer service I have ever had! When my battery died, I contacted GEICO, to use my Roadside Assistance benefit. It was all done through GEICOs mobile app, which only took about 5 minutes. Sounds good, HOWEVER, the confirmation I received said that the tow company would have a truck out to me by 1:59pm (I called in about 12:55pm. It was a sunny day and I sat next to the vehicle in my scooter, with the hood up on the car so the tow person knew it was my car they were looking for.1:59pm came and went, but I didnt hear anything from them. At 2:20pm, I called the tow companys number; the first time, it rang about 20 times with no answer; I called back and after about 15 rings, a male answered it; I told him I was calling about the service call from GEICO. He said, Hang on a minute! He laid the phone down and kept talking to another person on the other phone...I could hear every word. He kept me waiting for about 12 minutes, at which time, he picked up the phone, said, Yeah? and then hung up on me!At that point, I expressed my frustration under my breath, then called GEICO to make a complaint about the tow company. When I explained everything to the GEICO rep, she called the tow company while I waited, and rescheduled my appointment for 2:45pm (it was 2:25pm). The tow company also lied, telling GEICO that they tried to call me. They never tried, since I was holding my phone the whole time. I thanked her and then waited...and waited...and waited...finally, at about 3:05, my neighbor came over and asked if I needed a jump, to which I thankfully said, YES!!!The car started right up and I left, since I was late for my appointment at 3pm. At 3:25, I received a call from the tow truck driver, telling me she was at the location and couldnt find me. I explained that after waiting for more than 2 hours, I finally got a jump from someone else and left the area. She apologized and said that she had just received the dispatchers message about 12 minutes earlier!I would NEVER call this company, even if my car dies in the middle of a zombie apocalypse! I asked GEICO to reconsider their contract for services with this company, and was told my complaint would be reviewed by senior management.Call any other company you can find if you are stuck in a similar situation.
