I took my car here after a snake got stuck in the interior of my car. The owner was extremely helpful in helping take apart my dash to eventually locate the snake. He was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend this shop!!!

So I broke down on the highway, wheel hub bearing issue. I called 19 different shops in the area asking if they could get me in so I could be able to drive to work and everything, nobody was willing to help. Developed Auto was the only one that said they would squeeze me in. Highly recommend, very down to earth and understanding.

Finding a good and trustworthy mechanic is hard to find, but this is the place! I moved here a year ago, ive been to multiple body shops in the area, but this is the place I choose to go to now. They go above and beyond to make sure you and your vehicle are taken care of properly. A ++ communication, the owner even took the time to talk to my out of state dad on the phone to ease his mind. Very family oriented feel, highly recommend.

Been here twice and both times had excellent experiences. Replaced front rotors, all brake pads, and an oil change. Owner and staff are knowledgeable and friendly, good communication, and service and prices are excellent.One thing I appreciate about this business is being given honest information about the time and cost of service. I understand that not everything can or should be rushed, some issues aren’t as obvious as others, and not everything has a low cost, so that goes without saying... but being given a rundown of what to expect lets me plan accordingly for both time and cost. (The local dealer I USED to go to was NEVER upfront about either, often wasting hours upon hours of my time, adding on extra services that I “needed” and the costs were beyond ridiculous.)This business has definitely been a refreshing change - Developed Automotive is a hidden gem worth giving a try!

I used this shop to get new headlights installed, wheel alignment and get my tpms(tire pressure monitoring system) reset. They took the time to explain exactly what they would doThe car was completed in the time they said it would be. They even followed up with me to make sure I was satisfied with the work completed. Mr. Rishi is very direct and professional. We stated our concerns regarding the engine because we bought it second hand and we want to make sure it is in tip top shape prior to our long drive trip. He was clear on what things need to be repaired and what is still in good shape. He also explained what to look for to determine if we need to get it repaired. We greatly appreciate his honesty. He also programmed our additional fobs for our car, because we only have one fob between my husband and me, and we needed an additional one. Also its definitely a plus that he is a toyota certified master mechanic which is definitely hard to find unless we go to a toyota dealership, which i had bad experience a lot in the dealership in getting car maintenance.

Great service. They took a look at our car and gave solid advice on our new car purchase. The techs spotted some issues right away, and were knowledgeable.

This shop is fantastic! Rishi found the problem with my Jetta and immediately called me to let me know what was wrong and an estimated time frame that it would be fixed. On top of that, I was told that they can program new keys for my car for almost $100 less than what the dealership would charge me! I could not be happier with their service. Of course on a hot day my AC goes...well it turns out that the last luxury mechanic I went to broke my condenser when they replaced my radiator. Despite being busy The Developed Automotive Team stopped what they were doing and evaluated the vehicle immediately. They fixed my car in a reasonable amount of time and now the AC works fantastic...plus nothing was broken after. TWO THUMBS WAY UP!

His work by far is superior. You cant take that away from him at all. However, communication wise and the lack of doing a diagnostic costed me more money in the long run and will more than likely cost him a lawsuit as a result of that.

Rishi was able to diagnose the problem and repair my issue quickly and for a fair price all while communicating well through the process. Great service!

I was thinking about buying a truck from Gateway Subaru and brought it here for a pre-purchase inspection. Right away the gentleman working on cars gave the car a once over and found a pretty serious problem with it (lots of rust, in this case). My crew broke down in Salisbury MD. As usual we were nervous on where to bring our truck. We looked up on Google for a highly rated repair shop. We found these guys. They were rated 5 stars by the reviews. Well they didnt disappoint. The owner called on his off day to try and help my tech work thru the issue. Once he exhausted all options we had it towed to his shop. These people were fantastic. In the end we had a blown motor and there was nothing he could do the service was outstanding. The invoice was very fair. We highly recommend Developed Automotive. They made out of towners feel like family.
