Very helpful, the two guys working were doing All they could do, with being short handed they had everyone covered the best they could.Great Job getting in and out in a short time. The employees were taking care of each customer with each one having a unique question when they come through the door.

Associate took care of me right away. She was knowledgeable, and within 1 or 2 minutes I had what I was looking for. Price was competitive.For todays visit I give them a high five.

Great Auto Parts. Has very good prices for simple do-it-yourself types of car work. Seem to have very good employees at telling you the right sizes of your do it yourself projects on your automobile. There prices are now beating OReillys and Advance Auto Parts at times. I also still like OReillys and Advance Auto Parts. But for some reason lately the prices have been better at AutoZone. If this continues this will be one of my favorite places to buy auto parts. However like anytime youre dealing with automobiles your telephone is your biggest asset at getting better buys for your money. Seems like calling around saves you money by trying different establishments. Not to forget Pick-A-Part places and the junkyard sometimes offers Auto Parts very reasonable also. Definitely a better place then the dealerships at buying OEM Quality Auto Parts. May God be with you always.

Not friendly. Gave incorrect information over the phone and when i asked another associate about it she very rudely told me i was told the wrong thing and they wouldnt do what i needed done. I understand but her rudeness was unnecessary to say the least.

Rude employees/management. All I needed was a brake light bulb and had the burnt out one in my hand. Knew right where it was in the store. Arrived in the parking lot 8 minutes before their advertised closing time. Door was locked and they were ringing someone up. I begged to come in and get the one bulb. No one acknowledged me at all. So very rude to do to people like me who do everything I can to support local business. Thats the thanks I get. I guess by now, anyone reading this knows they just lost a good customer. Ill never go back to that Auto Zone since the risk I run is getting treated that way. If they want to close at 8:52pm then that is what they should advertise. Zero customer service, respect, or consideration, therefore, they get zero of my business ever again.

Do not pre order anything with this store. They do not have their receiving section in tact. I ordered a pretty pricey piece with the knowledge that I would receive the piece today. The customer service person didnt realize I know how to read shipping reports. It clearly said it was received by the store. The staff took their time to scan my item in the system to move it to the pickup section. In doing so lost the purchase. Im told I have to wait 3 days on top of the time I had to wait. Long story short dont waste your time if youre expecting it in a certain time frame.

Dont go to this store unless you have time and money to waste. The ASSISTANT MANAGER sold me the wrong fuel filter. I came back to exchange it for the correct one, not in stock. All stores were closed that had one in stock, no vehicle to get to work. Absolutely outrageous

Assistant manager is BEYOND unprofessional. Does not need a job. Refuses to help customers, has an attitude problem and hangs up on you. Asked for her name multiple times to call corporate and refuses to give it. When i asked her again, she replied back with “you know what, my name is stupid” and hung up.Edit: Pretty sure her manager wasnt there at the time. Went to the store the day after and her whole demeanor changed infront of Heather (store manager) but the second she wasnt around, she was rude again.

Naturally, gave us the wrong part, twice.Finally got the sensor changed.Person behind the counter acted like it was our fault we received the wrong part.

May, 5th, 2021Matt, Ashley, and Tanya was amazing and I recommend anyone to go to the store and see them. Ive never met people is nice and is helpful as them let alone any employee from an auto parts store!!! Honestly I think they should get a raise and a promotion especially Matt. Purchased a from there Nov 2020, today found out it had a dead cell. Upon trying to replace the battery, the attendant was not very helpful at all. Said my name was not in the system, she see the battery was purchased from that store! She finally located name in system instead of looking throughly the first. Thus should not happen to anyone! Hot replacement battery!

One employee and her attitude along with how she talks to customers made me not want to shop there anymore. If I hadnt already purchased the product and it was being installed I would have returned it and went else where.

We had a problem with our car. The check engine light was on, we had no idea what was wrong. Auto Zone used a scanner to read the cars computer and gave us the print out so we would know what was wrong. They were very helpful, kind .

Went in paid for part then he proceeds to tell me they dont have it there it has to be delivered!! After I paid!! Not even an Im sorry or my bad, nothing! The most unprofessional that I have ever been treated!!! DONT GO HERE YOU WILL REGRET IT!!!!!!

Used to love autozone, always had the best prices and generally the workers were very helpful but the last few times Ive had to deal with them wasnt good. Not gonna get into all of it just the most recent one. Called the other day for pads and rotors and was told that they had em in stock, went yesterday to get em and was told they had the rotors but no pads. They didnt even offer to order them for me. So I went online and placed the order myself. Got a voicemail from them saying that they didnt have the pads in stock and I can either come in for a refund or they would order them for me. When I tried to call back, they had me on hold for 10 minutes with no answer. So I hung up and tried to call back later, same thing, on hold with no response. Then I got an email saying my order was ready for pickup. Got there after work today to find out that they cant find my pads or my rotors and that they would have to order them and Ill have to wait another day to get them. I think Ill have to shop at advance from now on because this is ridiculous.

DJ was a huge help and took time to point me in the right direction to fixing me car! I recommend this location 100%

Got to stop by 1 of my favorite stores today and got the privilege to be helped by 1 of the nicest most intelligent parts associate I have every dealt with seeFrasier he knows his parts!

Weve been going here for 25+ yrs.; Seen them come and go. It depends on whos waiting on you now-a-days, they range from helpful to I never saw you walk in the door. But, what can you do when theyre the cheapest place in town? Also, they dont carry the parts for older cars which is a bomber.

The nicest and friendliest people work there. They go of of the way to make sure you have what you need.

Great place for car parts Our three year old try to take candy because of course shes a child the employee offer to get it for her but because she needed to LEARN that this was not acceptable behavior she had to put it back n apologize crying the whole time and even after leaving the store the clerk help to explain at that age its so hard to understand things in this world dont come free so the man allowed her to take some papers not even sure he really needed her to but acted like it was an important job and put them in Nother spot sells papers and told her that she had to work for her money then buy what she wanted it made her day and mine she ended up getting the candy bit she worked for it and that was the point you cant just take things in life wish i could REMBER his name but he must have children .....

Always ready to help and always friendly! I never get any of the condescending attitude towards females like at other places. The only issue is they need to expand their data base to include more models and years of models. They still dont have my model 2001 GMC after 11 years of going here so I have to do all the research first before confirming the parts.

I know very little about cars, but this place has always guided me well. Almost all the employees are friendly and can help guide you in any project.(Edit: ...and they care enough about their customers to respond to reviews! Thanks AutoZone!)

It wasnt what i expected when i walked in at 6:30 at night and no costumer service and a long line. Not to mention the one regester person seemed new. Finally the manager came out i told him i had already paid for a part and was just picking it up. He tells me they havent gone through the orders that had came in can i can i call a hour from now. Like i know there was a snow storm but you think they might have staffed for this at least i got my receipt to get my part another time.

Not a big fan of this Autozone. Know it all inexperienced staff. Seems like most of the workers here quit shortly after being hired.The lines are always long.Panhandlers have harrassed me in the paking lot on numerous occasions. A few times I have been threatened by panhandlers here after refusing to give them money. This place is located in a sketchy part of town.I only go here now when they have a part that the China Grove AZ doesnt have.

I had a interview and they called me back eithwr I killed myself or they werent looking but GAME recongnize GAME.
