I went to the one on Jake Alexander yesterday. The manger went above and beyond my expectations. I just walked in inquiring about an issue with my car. He literally walked me step by step to ensure I understood and was comfortable with everything I needed to do. He demonstrated consumer service at an elite level.

I bought an item that had a mail rebate but never got it; I called and it was resent, nothing, third attempt and still waiting since April.Also went to buy a head lamp light bulb, I told the associate brand, year and car model. I got the wrong item. I prefer to go to AutoZone or NAPA even if I had to drive more

Ive been going there for a great deal of years. I know everyone no matter what time of day I get there Ive always got traded fairly. Staff is very knowledgeable if I dont know theyll find out for you

Im lost in a place like this! I walked in and asked the young woman where to find what I needed and she took me straight to those items. Great service!

If I could give this store a zero I would the manager is rude and tried to rip me off.I purchased a socket set from this store used it once and the rachet broke.not only did I have to purchase a reducer that was supposed to be in the set for an additional 5.99 but she refused to refund me my money claiming all I was allowed was store credit who would want store credit on an item that broke after the first use.I would steer clear of this store and this incredibly rude manager who seems to feel that the customer is always wrong.she did finally do a partial refund but only after she couldnt come up with a logical reason not to give me my money back,sad part is when I was leaving another customer came over to me and told me they did the same thing to him.when are companies going to learn that people are tired of getting ripped off and scammed

The manager was kind..i went to the one on Jake Alexander. The attendant was kind..had a very bad experience at the one on East Innes will never return there!!

I came in there today to get some washer fluid and the black woman behind the counter was being extremely rude to other employees and I didnt feel very comfortable being there seeing that so I left and went to autozone

The sales Lady was perfect..Checked both of my batteries, they were both Good ...Didnt over sale. Proper charging was needed..thanks! She was correct. !! saved$$

I came in today upset because my car kept over heating and shutting off on me and I went in to advance and travis helped me out and sold me the right parts I needed to fix my issue and now my car is running great again!!

Terrible service. You cannot return a battery once it has been installed. I bought yesterday and my transmission went out. They would not even take the battery back. Try autozone before you come here. They do full refund at least. TERRRIBLE SERVICE.... I reported this company.

Im a girl. I know nothing about cars. I gave the GIRL at the counter the information from my van manual. She gave me the wrong part. I went back and waited for a GUY. He got it right using the SAME information. I get the whole equal rights, dont wanna be sued thing, but please! Some things are just guy things.... At least around here.

Had to buy a battery for my wifes Kia ! Wonderful experience the technician installed the battery in the rain and even found a ratchet that Ive lost a few years ago ! The ratchet fell down between the battery and the airbox Ive been missing it for about 4 years ! Thank you Advance Auto Parts !

Never been here but I hear their auto parts are advanced

Its fair but recently they always seem to be missing parts and it prompted me to go to AutoZone on innes.They were always my go to auto parts store but after returning the same part 3 times for a 98 Malibu window motor and regulator because thier manufacturer had a lousy fit and function we gave up.

Theres a couple i like dealing with,but they are all polite

Only shop at Advance when no other option but they had what i needed, when i needed it. Friendly employees, not in any hurry or i would have been in and out in 2 minutes ibstead of 20. When you have to, just dont get in a hurry.
