Hey do ok. I think the biggest problem is with ALL repair places. They play swap-tronics instead of full troubleshooting. Too often they just swap the most likely part and its rare for a mechanic to verify by elimination or isolation troubleshooting skills. Often a mechanic is changing the same part that was just changed a month before for the same problem instead of delving into the full system. Very few mechanics listen to the customer and pass them off as unknowledgeable, just like med staff does. The symptoms are the first step in troubleshooting! These guys are friendly and helpful, but charging 198 for a 45 dollar part isnt very honest, and that isnt including labor. I could understand 90 but not 198! Theres no one to trust in RoCo. Im back to doing my own work AGAIN. 🙄
