This is the most unorganized and unprofessional place I’ve ever dealt with! Long story short we had a washer from them had issues with it about a month later not cycling through. Someone was sent out to check it. It was reset and we ran 2 cycles before it stopped working again. I contacted the store just to be given excuse after excuse after excuse and the manager wasn’t any help. Soon as I called to tell them to come and pick it up they didn’t ask why or what they could do to help, but were very QUICK to tell me when they would be out to pick it up! I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND SHOPPING HERE! Thanks to AARON AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE A WASHER THAT WORKS!

I have to say the Rent A Center on Innes Street in Salisbury is the worst business I’ve ever seen in my life they’re very rude to the customers very Disrespectful they will rip you off I had two contracts with them one contract was for electronics TV gaming system and laptop and I also had a bed and a wash machine which were two different contracts I got my electronics a month prior to the bed and wash machine My Wife and I were unable to keep the bed and wash machine due to the fact we had to move to a different location we did everything we were told to do we contacted Rent A Center a week prior to movin explained to them that we had to move and could not take the bed and wash machine they said that would be no problem they would be there the next business day to pick up the bed and wash machine they never showed up..A week later I was contacted by one of the employees to tell me I had to make a payment on the bed and wash machine I explained to them that no I would not make a payment on the bed and wash machine because at this point it had been almost 2 weeks they were supposed to have picked up the bed and wash machine Explain to me that it could take them 2 to 3 weeks to get someone to come and pick up the bed and wash machine and until then I had to pay the payments I explain to him that I would not do so that I contacted him a week prior to my moving explained my situation I did everything legally they still have not picked up the bed and wash machine but they were able to come to my new address and take my electronics tried to tell me that it was on the same contract my electronics were nearly paid for I will be seeking legal help My Wife and I have contacted a Lawyer we have contacted the mainCorporate office in Texas people if you are going to Rent do not go to the Rent A Center on Innes Street in SalisburyThe employees there Josh Justin and Britney all seem very nice and kind when you first come to the store will offer you a discount just to try to rip you off I explained my reasons for moving she decides to call the family that we were living with and tell the family we were bad mouthing them not only did they Illegally come and take my electronics they made it difficult to talk to my family now so please i strongly suggest you do not buy from the Rent A Center on Innes Street you will get ripped off

I have been dealing with rent a center for over a year now. I have been a very loyal customer. I have never missed or been late on my payments. The store manager Vincent is extremely rude. When I had an issue with them taking money from my account, he was supposed to resolve the issue. Instead he told me to call customer service. I then received a call from an Amanda, an assistant district manager from high point who told me if you didnt have the money to pay for it then just say so. I have never been so disrespected. I then go back to the store where Vincent told me he would credit my account for a 2 week payment to resolve the issue. Never received the credit. So I went back to the store again, now for about the 5th time for the same incident. Vincent then told me he has a personal life and kept giving excuses. So I told him if I didnt have my credit like I was promised they could come get this couch. He then said oh we can come get the couch, when will you be home?. Mind you Im paid up for another week. I have never been treated so poorly as a loyal customer. Vincent does NOT need to be this position if he cant do his job. They lost a good customer and I will never do business with them again.

Rent-A-Center is a great place to get something when youre in a bind and need it quick. The customer service guy Michael is really friendly he helps make the process easy and painless. You can get brand name furniture at affordable weekly, bi-weekly or monthly payments. They have a 90 days same as cash. This is a good way to build up credit without having to have it any or good credit to begin with.

This place is a damn joke. 38 years I been alive with no bug problem. Then I get a new bed and end up with bed bugs... on top of all that Im told to just let it sit there and well send an adjuster out in about a week... really, Im supposed to sit here and get ate up. No money back no solution to the problem no nothing.... the place should be closed down. I will be talking to the health Dept. And my lawyer.

Rented a TV from them August 2016 on special which was $106.00 a month. Which was the amount I was paying all along.. Went under new management and they said the other manager put in the wrong figures and stated I had to pay more money. I gave TV back. Also got a bedroom set from them which was $153.00 a month. Under new management they tried to charge me $173.00 for a used set. Terrible terrible service

Last night, I parked behind this business in an unmarked spot after traditional business hours. Opposite side of lot was marked. When I returned, my car had been towed and today, manager, Mike Foster, refused to return my car to me, claiming the lot was well marked. Any business which refuses to correct its mistakes and leaves others to pay for them, should not be allowed to continue to do business in Salisbury. I will contact the national office and will never do business with RAC.

They dont even deserve a star!! I have been a customer for 4 years and I havent had a problem. Mike ensured my that my washer could be fixed and it was arranged to be serviced. Come to find out that my washer sat in the back of the store for a month and he LIED and said that it couldnt be fixed cause they didnt make that type of washer anymore! Lies!! The district manager is a liar as well because I never received a call from him regarding my washer!! Mike only cares about the credit coming in the store and not the customer!! They have lost a customer with their bullshit and unprofessionalism
