I changed my review and gave 3 stars because cashier (who I believe to be the manager) was rude and she over charged me. I bought two different size tie down straps that were very obviously different sizes. When scanning my items she separated the straps. I didnt notice that she charged me the same price for both until later after I had left. She needs some customer service training. The other employees that I interacted with were polite and helpful.

Super friendly staff. Good selection of road trip items. The day we rolled through the mosquitos were huge and HORRIBLE. Even at the gas pumps, followed us from the grass area by the street. Plenty of parking and gas pump area.

There is no restaurant or any fresh made food. There are only two rows of pumps for gasoline. Bathrooms, store, and area around pumps could be cleaner. Whole place looks run down. All the good reviews seem to be from truckers and not regular motorists.

Conveniently located next i70 and gas here was about 10 cents cheaper a gallon than most other places on the highway lots of food choices I would recommend a stop here if your heading east bound keep on trucking

GREAT. absolutely great !! The parking area SO ample and enough room for everyone. The facility with all you need. The game room awesome, the restrooms so clean and full of supplies. The showers exceptionally because this person with the name Aaron keep it NEAT. five stars, thank you all staff, thank you manager. As a Professional Driver I feel so humble for your daily dedication in keeping such big place clean for us. Thank you all again.

Came through here on my way back home. Very clean store and restrooms. Thank you as well for enforcing masks. Out of all the gas stations - 9 total I had to stop at during my emergency trip I was able to actually feel a bit safe vs everywhere else that showed no one wore a mask even if signs were posted.

Boss Service experience aside (it took over 2 hours for an oil change) - this is a nice truck stop. They have a lot of space to sit, reliable free WiFi, friendly staff, ample selection of prepared foods, showers and bathrooms aplenty.

Ladies restroom was spotless c-store cashiers wore so kind and politte you never see that now days so I will definitely stop again when traveling through

The diesel fuel pumps act up, the bathrooms are far from the pumps, and the food sits in a warmer for God only knows for how long cuz theres no time on it.

This location is very clean and the staff are all super friendly.The showers are nice and there is almost never a wait.Showers and drivers lounge are on the 2nd floor.There is no restraunt and no pizza here.If you are laid up and want some good Za..order from Coops pizzaria.Plenty of parking here too!

Stopped in this morning asked a shower. The rude manager said I did not have a shower on my rewards card. I explained that I did have shower power, even showed receipt from 2 days prior. The jerk still wouldnt give me a shower.. I will not be buying any more fuel at pilot or flying J. Loves has a better points program anyway

An Intersting place indeed. I love the truck stops that have a 2nd floor. Showers, lounge and movie room are upstairs. Theyre pet friendly so control your pets and dont screw it up for everyone else. Staff is kinda ok, could be better, but no major complaints about them. Would definitely stop here again

The first time I so, so nice Pilot, many showers, many laundry with no line and the first time I saw in pilot fresh food like a soup in the afternoon and breakfast in the morning and was everything fresh. Good job guys, thank you. Definitely recommend.

This was a quick stop for gas. We used the restrooms and I was impressed by how clean they were. There were large sections of fruit and sandwiches, as well as many drink machines for different combinations. There were plenty of food on the hot rollers, as well as gadgets, toys, and other items for sale.

Its super obvious all the staff hate their jobs. Place is gross, they did not require masks even though theres a sign on the door and the lady rolled her eyes at me when I told her there was a toilet in the mens room malfunctioning and spraying water everywhere. Skip this place. Theres not a high bar for truck stops, and this place isnt close.

We are in love with pilot travel centers. I never knew the reality of these places outside of gas and quick snacks until I took a roadtrip and needed to use them as an actual rest stop which is their intended purpose. Restrooms and showers are pristine clean, parking is strategically planned to maximize safety and security, and the clerks are welcoming and friendly. -plus you can grab a rewards card and cash in on discounts for snacks, gas, and more.

I got tea and gas. A quick trip to the restroom and I was on my way. The bathrooms were clean.The ladies in the front were quick....friendly and funny but kind of impersonal. Not rude just friendlier with staff than customers.

We live in Springfield MO and are husband and wife team..this truck stop opening has been great for coming home as there was little to nowhere to park...this is a great and clean truck stop.... highly recommend

As a professional driver I appreciate the many fuel stops offered by pilot flying j. They are almost always friendly with plenty of parking for me and my rig. They have been and remain my stop of choice for fuel and taking my breaks. They have a variety of food choices and excellent coffee.

We stopped in here for gas and was so impressed with the salad bar that we stayed for dinner! They had such a variety of offerings from crab legs, tilapia, fried chicken, ribs, all the fixings and dessert of all varieties! The food was fresh and hot and the place was very clean!

Plenty of fast food options available with shopping also available. Friendly service. Other truck stops and restraunt options available nearby.

Sadly I wont be coming here anymore because the manager embarrassed me in front of 10 to 15 people and making me appear to be a thief, I have a long commute and I love stopping here almost every morning for biscuits and gravy that I take to go and eat later when I get to my desk never had a problem before until this manager told me but he have to charge me for 2 cups of soup because I used one cup for the sausage gravy and the other cup as a heat shield (double cupped) he made me give him the extra cut back and said I dont know how long you been getting away with this but it stops now! I was mortified as everyone looked at me thats if I was some low morally bankrupt person, so shamed in front of everyone I just paid whatever he asked me and left as quick as I could I will never come here again and I will tell everyone in my office that stops theyre not to patronize his store again.

This used to be one of the better Truck stops on I-70 in Kansas, now its only mediocre. Desperately needs remodeling and a decent restaurant. The restroom and convenience store were somewhat clean and the selection of food to eat is average. At least they have hot soup but had run out of crackers. Also I had to ask for a bag for the items purchased which was a handful.

For a truck stop in a half used building, its alright. Ive certainly been in a lot worse. They did have good variety and some good hot fresh truck stop food.

Well I just stopped by just to fill up.. I had to take pictures because I was so impressed with how clean the place was... The people are nice and I didnt have any problems and it has an easy in and out from the Interstate... This was why I thought Id at least make comment on the fact that I was impressed how clean it is... very good job Pilot.. :-)

We ordered the garlic knots and two medium pies to share: the XX (pesto, artichoke, red onion, bacon, feta, mozzarella) and the XY (marinara, pepperoni, Italian sausage, mozzarella).The garlic knots were little bombs of buttery, yeasty goodness, and the garlic was robust but not overpowering. When our pizzas arrived, our expectations continued to be exceeded.The crust was crisp, flavorful, and chewy. The toppings worked together beautifully. The marinara and pesto were packed with flavor, and the mozarella had a great consistency and very little oil. By the end of the meal we were planning our next visit.

I love the truckstops... especially this one! They have everything you could want for use in your car or truck... I love the fact they carry a coffee pot that plugs into your cigarette lighter slot!

This is a great place to stop. gas and food, how can you go wrong. It is clean. well layed out. Nice restrooms, nice store and very friendly people.

I really like pilot truck stops for the most part. I like the rewards on the pilot card when spending money with them. The service at these truck stop is usually pretty quick. Most have food choices to choose from for breakfast lunch and dinner. Drivers lounges are nice to utilize when OVR. I would recommend most locations however there has been a few beaters.

2 showers. Clean and good size. Lots of extra parking across the street. Full size casino with truck parking and movie theatres 1 block away

Friendly staff. Clean restrooms. Good selection of foods for all types of eaters. They were also very good about monitoring trash cans. Had they not, the storm that hit while we were there would have blown trash everywhere. Wish they had an iced coffee machine. All the bottles ones had sucralose and dairy, and I cant take that. But hot coffee worked the same.

Friendly staff, big lot usually can find a spot to park even late night. Why did they close the restaurant? Was a good place for my family to come meet me and have dinner or lunch or breakfast when Im trucking through my old hometown?

Had never stopped here before but was traveling with a couple driving a Uhaul that preferred stopping here. Didnt feel the cleanest but might have just been that things werent all updated and shiny like at a lot of stops. Staff was plenty friendly...found whatever we were looking for in the store and more really. Overall wasnt a bad place to stop and not super busy if you want to avoid the crazy number of people at the newer stop on the other side of th interstate. Dont know if I will stop again just because it isnt my usual stop but will def consider it if wanting to avoid a line and get back on the road.

1 cashier on and it is rush hr stood in line for literally 15 minutes

This was a well deserved stop during my photo adventure. I always look for something healthy to snack on and something just plain filling. 😉. And I found both here. Of course that has to be accompanied by the largest drink possible. But seriously, these stops are important as I travel around taking nature photos from our midwest and western region.

Facilities are old and beat up. Floors are messy and worn out.The prepared food selection was more limited than I would have expected.Some sections of the truck stop are closed.Would it expected more space for dining. Theres only a few small benches.

This is a great clean area to stop and grab a quick bite to eat get some fuel. the customer service was great and very helpful and friendly. they had many choices of products even a snack like deli that fresh fruit and all kinds of great food choices and it.

If I see a Pilot travel center/ truck stop I dont have any problem stopping there. This location was no exception. I got in and out quick, and they had everything I needed. Another good experience. When Im on the road all I want to do is keep going. So when I know a place will provide efficient service, I use them. This pilot got me back on the road quick. 8 of 10. Would pitstop there again.

Sells gas and diesel fuel. Small specialized truckers convenience store. Air hose was on but, froze up. Lack of real infrastructure maintenance plan and execution.

Awesome place Ive never seen nothing like it before!

I used apple pay here, traveling from Florida to Nebraska to Colorado after hurricane Michael wiped us out, my charge was denied because the store attempted to take $0.79 more than was in my account and we were broke, broke! I went to my truck to get online and see what was wrong and it showed a different amount attempting to be charged, different than what rang up. I went back inside and showed the clerk the information and she was stumped too, had no clue. I made my gas purchase for 79 cent less than what I had and it cleared. I pitched such a fit, about 2 hours down the road, the station reversed the $.79 and wiped out record of that transaction. Didnt want proof, but they couldnt do anything about the previous transaction that was denied. To this day, iPhone maintains that proof.

We spend a lot of time on the road in our RV. Its been nice that no matter which Pilot we stopped at, we get consistent high quality service and clean facility.

This is the best of all Pilot/Flying J I have visited. The Boss shop, on the other hand, was the worst. The young lady working the counter was very rude.

I HEARD AN EMPLOYEE REFERRED ABOUT ANOTHER EMPLOYEE AT THIS LOCATION THAT HE IS THE ONLY COLORED TECHNICIAN THAT WORKS HERE AND THAT DISTURBS ME! NOW I DONT KNOW IF THESE GUYS ARE GOING TO SABOTAGE MY TRUCK OR NOT ! MAYBE SO BECAUSE I AM A COLORED ALSO ! BLACK OR AFRICAN AMERICAN WOULD HAVE BEEN LESS OFFENSIVE! LAST TIME I CHECKED A CRAYOLA 64 OF COLORS WHITE IS IN THERE ALSO ! I FIND IT VERY SAD THAT I HAVE TO STILL THIS IN APRIL OF 2019 NOT 1919 WOW !

I have a black lab service animal for my social anxiety disorder. We are in the middle of moving to Texas but given our space he had to sit in the vehicle with no a.c alongside me. We finally reach this place of business and I feel I have to bring him in as he is hyper ventilating. They tell me no matter what he is not allowed in the building unless I can provide hard paperwork that he is indeed a service animal. I am currently out near my truck standing over him to try and keep him out of the sun as to keep him cool. Please someone call whoever is needed for this sort of treatment while I fall into a panic attack over my dog being treated in such a manner.

Like most pilot/flying Js, staff are lazy as hell, cant keep coffee in the machines, one person behind the counter while the rest of the staff are goofing off some damn place. Not too mention how everything is over priced.

Usually one of the least expensive gas prices, if not THE cheapest and one doesnt have to drive too far off of ones route to find a Pilot. Should yall miss the exit, theres usually another coming up shortly. The employees are knowledgeable, courteous and frequently personablely humorous.Pilots are almost always well-stocked and clean.My one complaint, if one can call it that, is that their ice-cream products are obscenely marked up. I understand why, but awwwwcome on, Pilot. Very dirty fuel Island. Someone spilled fuel. Dirt was thrown down and not cleaned up. Water was standing with fuel in it. Trash cans were full. Friendly help inside. Ladies restroom was dirty.

Lots of parking... friendly staff...great clean showers...mind you this is 13:00cst..when I was here...only thing really I noticed was the poor selection of hot food that they say they have for PJ fresh...other than that, good place to stop for a good nights sleep... you do also have the petro directly across the street if need be... safe travels...

Kind of shocked by the other reviews. One of the best Pilots we visited in December. Showers were very clean. Kind staff member offered to give us a ride to Midnight Mass as it was Christmas Eve. We took a cab but thats going above and beyond in my book. I tipped the shower guy, it was that clean. He said it was unnecessary but I refused to take no for an answer. Did not eat here. Keep up the good work!

When I was on the road pilot stations helped me get my gas tank filled up for cheap a shower my clothes cleaned and a great meal at the café. Can’t say enough good things about pilot stations

Drivers will complain if its gold plated toilet seats. There were six available showers at 5 pm. Unreal in Dallas or Denver. Plenty of spots at 10 pm. Lets not screw this place up drivers its a nice little spot with lots of potential.

This is small truck stop but was clean, showers very small compared to most flying js, huddle house restaurant was geat,cons,big tv not working, tried 3 gas pumps would not accept card, I went to pilot fueled up was just fine, ok for overnight stop,also only driver kiosk was out of order

Adequate parking an space to maneuver your 18 . The lack of choices in food such as the restaurant that used to be is no longer there however the common hot food bar is available.
