Took my wife’s car here for an oil change and it turns out they cut the bottom panel of her car and put a beer can inside it. This caused a weird noise until we found the cause. I just notified Jiffy Lube customer service, will see if they take care of it, otherwise I will leave this here unedited. Definitely recommend going elsewhere for your car service needs.

I needed brakes change ASAP ! and I called jiffy lube to see if they can install my new brakes on the same day and they said yes. They didn’t let me down like other places. I called before. I drove to jiffy lube got assisted right away . All the gentlemen there are very kind and professional. They did my front brakes in a hour. And the best part, is the prices ! price for the brakes change is good/decent Not over priced exaggerated like other places. They got the job done and for a good price. Jose did an excellent Job taking care of our Company Van when oil change needed to be done.

Went in for an oil change but they let me know the drain plug was put on wrong last oil change. They showed the drain plug saying it was stripped and missing the bottom treads although thats how my cars oil drain plug was from the OEM. They let me know they replaced it with a new one but will probably have oil leaks unless I return and get that fixed. I had my last oil change from the Toyota dealership which I find it quite suspicious that I try to change things up a bit and I finally have an oil leak. If its your first time here and your not in their system... The last place may of done the oil change wrong, even if it was you that did the oil change. Be very careful.

I visited pre covid and service was wonderful. Just pricing is a bit high, lately it seems we all need an oil change at the same time and near impossible to be seen. For a standard oil change I was quoted $79 higher for synthetic

Called to make appointment was told theres no appointments and closes at 6pm, to just show up. Came straight from work was at location by 530pm and was told by Jose he wasnt able to take my car in for an oil change since he opened the shop and he is also closing and cant t go over the 10hrs but to come back next day.

The guys have been good ! Not rude do thier job no problem with oil change I went back had them replace a back tail light great job only took a few minutes ! 👍

I have a CVT transmission (kind of expensive to change the fluid $270), but they researched and discovered the manufacturer called for a much less expensive, but more common fluid (still 100% synthetic)... only $70. I’m so grateful for their diligence to triple check that the info was correct & for their honesty. The dealer wanted to charge $330.

I am a college student and I went in to get my oil topped off and Angel helped me out and he was awesome! I didn’t have to wait at all. He communicated with me and was upfront that I would need a lot of oil and it would cost to keep filling it up. He was super helpful and understanding of my situation. I will definitely use them from now on. They are awesome! Thank you Angel!

Sometimes good, sometimes not that much. Service depends on your luck and who is on the shift. I do the oil change here, and they check all the basic stuff that I usually dont, so... from that perspective, it gives me a little more tranquility beleive that Im seeing the full picture. Although I dont always like the service (sometimes they are lazy to check what I ask them to), I usually come here for oil changes (and bc I have a $10 discount card).

Good people it was 15 minutes before they closed I thought for sure they would say too late but they didnt it was fast and they did a great job not to mention funny thank Jiffy lubes employees !

If I could give a 3.5 I would, its kinda hit or miss here. Sometimes Ill get great service and others it just seems like Im ruining their day by showing up. When its great you do feel good about going here. When its not so great its so far in between its not to bad

One guy was rude as they come. The other was polite, professional and kind. He even noticed i needed a new air filter, but the guy training him made the whole experience a bad one. Pricing seem high.

Showed up around 5pm with 6 cars ahead of me. I asked Jose if they would be able to change my front brakes & rotors. He replied it’s a tight fit but we will be able to do it. They got it done in an hour & Jose & Joel provided me great knowledge on servicing my car and showed me other local prices. I left extremely happy with the service and price paid for my brakes since it was half the price my Nissan was trying to get me to pay.

Love bringing my cars here. Its never too expensive they also vacuum your car for free which is always a plus. The staff has always been very friendly with me and are always very fast. Totally recommend this place!

I was in and out for an oil change in less than 30 mins. And they checked all my fluids n air pressure for free. The staff was friendly n they had good free coffee. I highly recommend this place

As always very quick and friendly, only one thing was kinda disappointing that tire pressure was set at 35/35, while my cars sticker Cleary states 30/29,i mean I usually remind them to look at the sticker, this time I forgotBut still. They should check it, not meOverall good experienceAdding to my previous experience. Yesterdays wasnt that good, had an oil change . It seemed good, but next day my clean driveway had a puddle of oil on it, like a half of gallon. Had to drive back and have them fix it. They were working on it for a while. And said the plug wasnt tight. Happened before in different city in jiffy lube too.and had couple of drops in the driveway. But this time was literally a puddle of oil.Also manager said (or whoever was talking to me) that usually they would replace the plug. But my car is very different from others (subaru forester)🤔 so they have to put same plug back. So every time it gets worse and harder to get on tight. So I told him, why do you offer services then, if you dont have a plug for my vehicle, but have for others, I would have not come then..., he said, that he will order plugs for subaru, and put a new one in next time. Nobody apologized to me at all, they just fixed it and send me on my way!!! Very disappointed! Plus I asked for a oil-dri to clean my driveway, he said they dont have any. But then he said I can buy it and bring him a receipt.. 🤦🏼‍♀️ Took me 20 minutes to get it from the store and another 15 to get the driveway clean...plus I have asthma so it was very dusty for me. No even counting the time I have spent driving back and forth.and gas. Worrying.... Terrible. And the thing that they DIDNT EVEN APOLOGIZE!!!just devastating. Terrible service and customer care this time.

Lazy Lazy Lazy . Went to get a vehiclesafety inspection. Simple stright forward. They claimed they couldnt pass it because wiper were old. They werent ripped or smearing the water ? And when I challenged if they could be changed out. They claimed the rear would be to hard and the dealer had to do it. For got sakes its a basic model Fordwhen I took it to the dealer they did a vehicle check up and they felt like all the wipers were good ? . Waist of time. They were packed so I imagine they just wanted me out. Dispute having an appointment.

Usually come here but that’s the last time. The attitude was amazing, unprofessional. Like they’re the only place that does it, put my car on reverse and will not return.

They ivertightened my oil pan, so it started leaking immediately, I took it back, they said it was there before. Which is a definite lie! Besides thats the only place I go, and its NEVER had a leak that they didnt cause, usually its the washer they forget, this time its a $200. Fix ! I am not happy, that they didnt admit they caused it.

Jiffy Lube flushed my brake fluid, a service which other lube places dont offer. They were efficient, visible, respectful, and half the price of what the dealership wanted to charge.

Even though we showed up right before it was closing time on a Sunday, the professionals at jiffy lube did not hesitate to help us with our questions and concerns about our vehicle and the scary possibility some huge expensive mechanical issue was miles away from impacting the well being of both our car and our lives, the technicians were really nice and patient and gave us courtesy help service since we really didnt need an oil change and our vehicle in fact appeared to be in good condition. Thanks jiffy lube!!

I get my oil changes here and there always quick and courteous. Recently had some ignition repair done, resonable rate and finished alot sooner then expected. The manager Angel was very helpful. I will defineatley be going back for all my repairs in the future.

DO NOT GET YOUR OIL CHANGED HERE! I got my vehicle serviced here about 6 months ago and I just found out from my mechanic that they totally screwed up our oil pan. The plug was put in cross threaded and now I need to spend about $400 to install a new oil pan.

I wouldn’t even want to give them one star.... this is the worst jiffy lube ever! I had to take my car back twice, because they didn’t put my car back together correctly. Even having to wait a total of 4 hours between both visits. Never go there. Just spend the extra 20-30 dollars to go to a real dealership.

Came in for an oil change, left with an engine making extremely loud ticking noises. After bringing it up, their staff claimed total ignorance and essentially flaunted the fact there was nothing I could do about it. Now I have to get a lawyer involved.

I got a radiator flush here for 110$ and 2,000 miles later my radiator coolant blow and spills all over my engine My car overheated and broke down on me on the freeway because of this. First time I experience something like this. now I have no coolant from the one they added and I paid for only 2,000 miles later. I do not recommended any work done from Angel bravo and he was rude

I think this place is a rip off. Said they did a tire rotation and the didnt. Said they flushed the radiator but fluid was still dirty. They replaced my gas filter which I didnt request nor was asked.
