Mike and Matt are great! This is my 3rd time coming to them for any tire needs. Today I drove off with new tires and wheels and I couldn’t be more happier with the way my truck looks. This is a great tire shop. They are friendly, speedy and most important affordable. I have gotten both sets of tires there fir my cars and have an alignment scheduled for next week.

Was in town from San Luis Obispo Mike set me up with a set of tires for my Mercedes. I recommend Tire and Wheel World to anyone. Excellent service had my tires ordered midday the next morning they were there.

Good people, but I am disappointed with there return policy. I bought some lug nuts went back an hour later to return them because they werent going to fit on my car. I didnt even try them on my car. Owner tells me hes closed to come back tomorrow. I go back the next day just so he can tell me there policy is no returns on accessories. He did offer me store credit, now Im stuck with over priced lug nuts you could find on ebay for half the price. Do your homework people, before buying.

Nice guys working there but I had couple issues.. I didnt want ANY tire rub and was told to try em out and bring me back if they rub.. I did and was then told about the mount and balance charge.. Ended up with a half price so that wasnt so bad..Came back for a re torque and the mechanic broke a bolt from over tightening and they charged me for it! Ive worked on peoples cars before and when I broke something I just fixed it and never said a word definitely wouldnt charge them $135 for it...$135 got ya one star and lost a customer..

When My Honda Needs something done - I go to Tire and Wheel World. I always have Matt help me and I have always been treated with honestly and respect. All of the people that work there always show you they care. I am not sure of his name - but one gentleman as I was getting ready to leave - commented that my brake light was on. He took the time to check the fluid and put some in. Light went off - but he told me if it comes back on to come back in and they would figure out what was going on. I cant say enough about their customer service. They are number one in my book.

Michael Spencer is a rock star! We had a blowout on our trailer hauling our Baja Bug from the Bay Area down to San Luis Obispo area. I called from the side of the road, off 101, Michael said he had the tires and could put them on right away. I took the Baja off the trailer and we drove both cars to Tire and Wheel World. Michael met me out front, they looked very busy but he assured me that he could replace the tire quickly.His price was so good, we decided to replace the other tires as well as they were getting old. The pricing was great, the service was great and we were back on the road in under an hour for all the tires. I live in Sunnyvale, but I am not going to get my tires from Michael and his team. It is worth the quick hour drive to get that kind of service! I appreciate everything Tire & Wheel World did! Thanks Micheal!

Took my car in to get my car tires replaced, they scratched my front left wheel and refused to pay for any of the damages. They got mad at me for wanting them to pay for the damages they caused, and then walked away and said “I’m not paying for this.”

My husband ordered tires there and was called to come by, they were ready. They told him they were ready to mount, but instead we waited for them to get pulled out from somewhere and they had to have time put on. Then on top of it, they didnt fit. Measurements WRONG. Now they have to be sent back and machined to the correct calibration which the guy who took my husbands order over a week ago. This man ordered without actually sizing measuring or calibrating beforehand like a true professional would.

After cracking a rim on a freeway pothole, I knew I needed some new rims. Called up tire wheel world phone with Mark. Came into the shop they showed me some nice rims and I bought them. They replaced my broken rim and gave me a new tire on the spot. A few days later my new tires were in and all my new wheels were on the car great experience thank you very much

I had a slow tire leak in my brand new car. Tesla could not find leak. Sullivans could not find leak. Americas Tire store could not find leak at two separate visits. Tire and Wheel World found it straight up and fixed it! I will never go anywhere else for tires again.

Mahn, these guys are awesome. Hooked me up with new tires in about an hour. Balance and rotated. Price wise they were pretty average but service wise they were a step above. I did manage to get a good deal though, very happy with the purchase.

Been here a few times when I needed to get a number to jobs done (replacement, rotation, patch, etc...) and theyve been done professionally throughout. Ive not had an single issue with any of my vehicles they have serviced, and staff has always been friendly (throwing in a few deals as well).Cool shop, awesome service; rivals that of large chain tireshops that have left me with questionable service that Ive had to correct at home.

Father and son operated and I believe owned. Great deals on tires great customer service. They have new and used items. They also replace shocks and other parts. Workers always seem to have a good attitude when I go in. If you need a cheap set of tires they got it. If you need a good expensive set of tires they got it. They will explain the differences and they know what they are talking about.

Im from out of state and was staying in CA for a few months. I randomly chose Tire & Wheel World and have been very happy. Mike (the owner) is friendly and gave me a great price for a good quality tires for my Lexus. Much cheaper than what I was going to pay at the Lexus dealership. Free tire rotation included every 5k miles. Thanks guys :)

Good experience. from when i first called in asking questions to when i walked out with a 4 tire replacement, brake pad, and oil change, mike was a big help and guide the whole way. good pricing and good time for the work done, and his time and price quotes are the same/no extra prices after the work is done. very pleased and definitely returning.

We have used their service for three pick ups two Jeeps and now two Lexus. Their service is fast, reliable, trustworthy, priced right, and the staff always welcomes you. I would not use any other service but Tire & Wheel World. They do not try to push any tires on you unless you need them. The fix flats in no time at all. They 1st make sure it is safe to repair and then use the best material.

I have been using Tire and Wheel World forever and as a female I appreciate Mikes honesty in every situation. From my Jeep, to my numerous Chevy SUVs to my now Lexus 330ES Mike as always been honest with me and forthright, telling me what the issue is and what he recommends I do in any given situation. In the beginning I was taking my Lexus to the dealership which got really expensive and then I called Mike and asked if he could take care of the issue I was having. Mike replied bring it in and lets take a look at it. I did and I was extremely grateful that he was able to do the work for about half the price of the dealership!I always take my Lexus to Mike first!

Honest people and fair prices. My break pads still had 45% left when I brought them in th be replaed. No BS, and they asked if I wanted them to continue with that much left. I did have them continue because squeaky breaks annoy me and they were honest and upfront. No trying to get extra money out of me or do unnecessary work. I will definitely be using them for all my tire and break needs!

Look you wont meet a more honest guy or a better person to do your tires or breaks. I dont trust anyone else to do mine you will find you wont get NO bs here like you do at other places.

My Honda was pulling to one direction so, naturally, I assumed it must be an alignment issue. I went to Tire & Wheel World and asked Mike for a realignment. He asked a few questions and told me that he thinks it might be a tire issue and not an alignment issue (since one of my front tires was different than the other three). Instead of wasting money on doing an unnecessary alignment, Mike just had my tires changed so that the front two tires were the same brand and the mismatch tire was put on the rear. I had already authorized Mike to do an alignment but he didnt do it since, as he said, it wasnt needed. He saved me a lot of money with his honesty. Mike is terrific -- trust what he tells you.

The guys down there are good at what they do. I would and do recommend them.

The pricing for mount and balance was astronomical, not to mention he charged more for having tires mounted that werent purchased from him. Yea he is a nice guy, that charges too much.... If he would have told me he price before hand i would have taken the tires and drove down to cuevas and have them mounted and balanced for 40 bucks instead of nearly 100$. Every time I have gone there i feel im getting a good deal because the tires are priced cheaply, but then I get slammed with insane install fees. If your trying to save money dont go here. Never again.

Mike is the only guy I will have put tires on my 67 mustang, 69 Ghia, 06 Canyon and my work van. I am calling him in the morning to get help with a lift kit. Hey, if your from Salas, this is your place.

These guys rock!! Driving a full size truck with oversized tires, a flat tire due to a ripped sidewall left me stranded. I also had a seized rear drum brake that would not release and a brake system that desperately needed bleeding from a front disc brake replacement job I did myself. I called TWW at midday. Mike came to me, with tools and a loaner tire and wheel. made the switch within minutes. he then was able to locate the exact brand and size tire I was running and had it in his shop from an out of town distributor by the very next morning. By the time I got into his store he already the new tire mounted on my wheel. His mechanic Daniel noticed my lug nuts were rounding and hook me up with a set of splines and a security key for removal. I received an alignment, purchased an additional a set of 2 adapters, and scheduled a service for my ball joints to be replaced due to the keen eye of his alignment tech. His mechanic Daniel is very attentive to his customers needs and performed every single one of my requests thoroughly and with a smile. His mechanic, Ricardo is brilliant and extremely knowledgeable. He repaired my seized drum in less than 30 minutes and seemed to work thru the ordeal as if he designed the brakes himself. Mike and Matt, father and son, make an outstanding team. They were able to hook me up with a great financial g company that gave me 90 days to pay for this sudden, unexpected, and unbudgeted repair, and dialed me In on exactly what I needed next and exactly when I would need it. They have either on hand or access to all the coolest wheels and tires as well as all the bells and whistles that go with them. Im a customer for life. Ive moved out of Salinas, but I return their for wheels and tires every time because the satisfaction of knowing your vehicle is being serviced by professionals who are honest and caring is priceless. I hope this review persuades you to go in and see them, because after all the hard work they out into my vehicle, they deserve your business.
