I would like to say that I needed help with the droptop getting stuck on my Benz so I went to European Auto.What a blessing !!! We got the top down and locked safely . Honest, polite and extremely knowledgeable! Had to have my engine replaced on my 2006 325i E90. The dealer Monterey BMW gave us the bad news first. Unhappy with the options provided by the dealership we brought the car to European Auto for a second opinion. Juan at European Auto was able to verify the diagnosis and provide us with options the dealer could not. We put a used engine that they order from a company. Bottom line is i got my car back and she runs just as strong as ever all at a price i could manage. Thanks guys!!

They do not use Original parts. Sure charge like they do. I ordered a Pressure sensor for my BMW and it was made from china and was charged 130. Beware instead of saving 50 bucks for a cheaper product go to Bmw they will use original and have warranty

They scratched my hood up while fixing my car and then tried to get me spend more money by saying the oil light came on but actually I noticed they unplugged so that it would say that on my dashboard but they loosened the cable thinking that a girl didnt know what was going on and trying to get more money out of me, I trusted them and they totally tried to mess with me and I was used

He is kind and they helped me very quickly
