This shop is awesome. Excellent customer service, great prices (the cheapest I have found in town) yet high quality, fast, consistent work. I cannot recommend them strongly enough for any vehicle service requirements from tire needs to basic oil changes. I will definitely come back when I need help again.

We got to the location at 12pm for a tire leak (nail) waited an hour patiently, at 1:15pm they tell us our car is ready. We go over and realize the tire pressure is still low & we asked them they said it should go away once we drive it so we did. Went home and realized THEY NEVER FIXED THE LEAK! The nail was still inside my tire so we went back & the guy we previously asked about the light was rude & bothered. The receptionist gave us a “refund” the money was refunded but charged again after hours, there was two charges on my account and one refund. Unbelievable.

Do not go to this place! I went there a year ago cause I needed to align my Infiniti. I walked in and asked for it and I was assured by the owner or manager that they would take care of it. They sent me to the waiting area and I waited for about 3 hours and no update whatsoever. Mind you, I could see my car up on the ramp the whole time no one was working on it! After I ran out of patience, I asked for an update, the manager said they were not able to do the alignment because I had a leak under and it was gonna cost over 4k to fix. I was upset at the fact that they should have told me since the beginning that “I had that issue” instead of making me waste my time. Little did the so-called “manager” know, I had extended warranty on my vehicle and took it to get inspected by Infiniti, and in fact, they NEVER FOUND A LEAK or anything wrong with my car, it WAS ALL A SCAM! PLEASE, ALWAYS GET A SECOND OPINION BEFORE YOU GET SCAMMED BY THESE SCAMMERS THAT PREY ON OUR COMMUNITY!Oh, and the “manager” still had the nerve to charge me $20 for the service (trying to scam me), which I regret paying!

Brand new rims and they scratched them and they charged me 130 a tire. Place is a ripoff... never go there

Went in to get 4 tires replaced with tires I brought. 80 dollars after awkwardly waiting for help. I thought it was because the staff didnt speak English and I dont appear to speak Spanish, turns out theyre just awkward. What should have taken less than 20mins on a Wednesday afternoon with two available mechanics took almost an hour. And still had to get my pressure redone at American Tire Co. Literally only went because my parents recommended them years ago, will never be going back.

We got a flat tire while traveling through Salinas from Paso Robles back to the Bay Area. They took us in immediately and while we had some of the best tacos weve had in a long time at the Taqueria cross the street, they fixed my tire for an extremely reasonable price. Very happy with the service here and will definitely return though I hope I dont have to!

Amazingly Quick... I usually buy my own tires and go to Walmart for tire changes. Went to Cuevas late on a Saturday afternoon, 15 minutes I had my new tires and I was at the counter. Might have paid 5-10 bucks more than Walmart, but totally worth it!

This place is the only place I will take our cars, we have 4 of them, I feel so good when I leave there that I usually give him more than he asked for, seriously its the best they get and AAA rating. .😎

They have what what I wanted at a good price

This place good if you want fast repairs and ok prices. But what I don’t like is that either they try to trick you and make you pay more than the original quote or the person quoting customer is not qualified. I brought in a european suv for a brake job last year I agreed to their initial quote but over an hour later was told that rotors didn’t fit and the correct ones would bring my initial quote over $50 dollars more. They eventually finished the job. Then a few months I bring in my honda for a brake job and made the same mistake they ordered the wrong part and had to pay more than what I first agreed to. Almost 3hrs later they finished the job and I drove off. As soon as I stopped at a red light my my brakes started smoking like crazy. I don’t understand why the charge for a can of brake cleaner but don’t properly clean the rotors.

I really like it here worth the drive from Soledad ...good prices and best of all they are fair with men and women .

Brought my car here for a set of 4 tires but they didnt bother to balance the tires correctly, so i had 2 tires making loud noises. Took it back so they could fix it and they didnt really care for it, so i took it elsewhere to get them balanced. Its cheap service here but you pay what you get for. Learned my lesson, not worth the headache and time.

Do not go here im warning you. If they find any kittle steering component damaged they will not release your car. Cost more to tow than there cheap service. Came for an alignment which they didnt even do and now i cant drive my car home. Have to get it towed. Garbage service.

I changed my brakas for two days and now it squeaks but they offered me to fix it, he expensive of the parts, he complained already knowing they were damaged and how much they left me to fix themThey are asking me for 1200 dollars when with 500 I can fix them, it is a terrible service as I did not want them to take the parts, they are making me take more than 2 hours, that man who attends it shows in his face and the way of speaking that he just loves you steal but as one knows mechanics could not steal fair be careful with that man because that is the rotten apple of this workshop
