The worse customer service. They don’t make you feel welcomed. They have you waiting around for hours for simple work. The other Calderon shop is much better and faster. They wanted to charge me 20 bucks for a patch and the other place changed me 10. The guy running it is a dirty bag

Don’t go to this site, these people are not good people, I had a flat tire fixed, first of all they scratched up my rim, he tried cleaning it off so can’t see the scratches, second he did something with the air pressure sensor, I noticed it on my dashboard but figured will go away, never did, to top it off couldn’t go back to tell them because had no proof, they didn’t give me a receipt. I paid cash because was just a flat tire fix. Short story he know about sensor and scratches but didn’t say anything.

Worst Customer Service. Came in for ONE lug nut replacement. And I had to wait 2+ hours. Employee Raphael attended me and said Ive to wait half an hour. As I waited the same employee attends two other customers who show up. This is ridiculous. They assist other customers and leave you to wait. On top of that, they charge you more.

My tire had a nail in it so I took it to some place in Monterey close to where I work and they said they cant do anything about it! So I take it over to Salinas Calderon tires and the guy had no problems at all with it and charged me only $20 I $25 cash on me so I used the other $5 to tip the guy job well done 👍👍👍

Took my car here after we had a tire go bad on car .had them install 2 new tires .got home washed car and found that they had bent both rims in the process of changing the tires. Brought them back to Shop owner or Manager takes no responsibility. Two rims bent in the same place. Be wary of people who don’t know what they are doing . Don’t recommend this shop for anything..

Service was very poor they tried to give me a used tire with a patch already and with a screw in the tire that was already poking through to the other side so I ask for a new tire and he gives me a tire thats smaller then the tire we ask for but I didnt realize it till I got home to put it on the car very bad service

Of course patching a tire is time consuming but when they broke a sensor of one of my wheels I had to be coming and going to the dealership and back to Calderon because they had to reprogram the sensor and they didnt have the machine that day so I had to come back again but they did the work
