Took mower in on May 10th. I called earlier in day to see if they could look at it. Yes I am told. Got it there and told it would be 10 days. Ok. I can handle that. Called on 15th day. 2 ahead of it I am told. Call back on the 18th day and told it has been shipped to the McPherson store since they are not as busy and they hope to have it back on June 1st. I hope someone in charge reads this at the store. Not a way to run a business. I could have taken it to McPherson myself.

Good lawn mower repair

Overpriced an service is not with a smile...be nice to your customers. People behind counter seem irritated that Im there?!

They offer good service. But this is their busy season so it may take a week or two to get your mower done. Thumbs up.

Took a flat tire in to get it fixed. My lawn tractor was sitting in the street and my lawn was only half mowed. I was told it would be done the next morning. Two days later they hadnt even started it. When I called and picked it up to take somewhere else the people were real flippant and acted like they didnt care. They didnt even apologise for the delay. I would not recommend this place to anyone.Added note: After dropping the tire off at another buisness it was done in about 20 minutes.

Stopped in to look at mowers and talked to Brian he was very helpful and informative.so he quoted me a fair price and I bought a 900d and he ordered me a different deck and had it installed and I received the mower in just a few days Very friendly and helpful I highly recommend them.By the way I love the mower

Great service. Did not have chain for my chainsaw in stock. Bit pricey I thot...$35 for new chain; $14 for Stihl bar oil.

Tends to loose parts. Regularly say they have shipped parts, and have not. Poor customer service 5 of my 6 visits. 3 times had to return equipment back for the same problem right off the bat.

The customer service is great. Saff is friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful. Took them about 3 weeks to get my mower fixed due to parts being under warranty with Husqvarna. However, they gave me someone elses lawnmower back...which was a HONDA.
