While I really appreciate the intent to protect and enhance my hearing, we just dont get along. I am sure she thinks I am just a stubborn old man or worse. But her demeanor is very abrasive.

Am always impressed with the high level of knowledge shown by their staff. Also appreciate their willingness to take the time to make sure I am satisfied with my aids.

I had a great experience at hearing life everything is so clean and sanitized you feel safe when you go in for your appointment they explain everything to you about your hearing and what you need and they are always willing to help you no matter what they are always friendly 🙂🙂
