Tactical Link provides a great selection at great prices! While there are lots of folks that do this, there are also lots that take advantage of shifting tides in product availability to price gouge. So besides great prices and a great selection, whats the defining characteristic of the team at Tactical Link that has me writing this review? Its the dedication to their customers that sets Tactical Link apart. Tactical link really takes care of all customers, potential and past clients . I was fortunate to get, Brian, who received my email request with questions . Brian called me via phone, twice, to explain product details and walk me through all my questions . I was extremely grateful for his knowledge and time involved .
Found a difficult to locate BCG $40 under retail. That could have been good enough, esp. in CoVID freak out price gauging time. Add to it the conscious effort to ensure you are you in case of any difficulty in payment processing....in a time of online fraud, even better! But wait, quick email responses with courses of action to get the order out super quick. EXCELLENT customer service too. Not like MIDWAY or OPTIC Planet.... in stock means IN STOCK. Will do so much more business with Tactical Link.
Tactical Link is not a company that I was very familiar with but I placed an order with them anyway, they were the only place that I was able to find a particular product in stock. Life is full of choices. I received my shipment ahead of schedule (good thing), however there was an item missing (bad thing). So I went to their web page and rolled my eyes and hit the “contact us” button explained how satisfied I was with their prompt service and that an item was missing. This was around 9 or 10 pm. To my surprise the next day I had missed two phone calls while headed to work in the morning and when I got to work I had an email from their customer service representative. The email explained that they had already performed an inventory check and confirmed that the item was in fact missing from my order and that the missing item would be sent out yet that day. Further to my surprise they called again to personally let me know what happened and how poorly they felt about their mistake. It seems that they 1) read my email, 2) performed an inventory check, 3) spoke with the person in the shipping department to see what could have possibly gone wrong, and 4) put the missing item in a package and scheduled a pickup with the shipper all by 11 am. There is great value in a small company’s ability to respond in a manner like this. Yes, it is a long review but I rarely see customer support like this these days. Their pricing maybe a little higher here or there compared to some of the bigger outfits but they take care of people in a way that only a small company with integrity can. Thanks guys for standing behind your name.
Horrible people. I ordered a mag from them and I received nothing but bad customer service. They refuse to give their name and refuse to call me. Long story short I never got what I ordered and they refused to work with me on a refund. I had to contact my bank to get my money back and now they are threatening me with collections even though I never received anything from them. Do not buy from them. They are crooks.
Always my first choice when prices are competitive due to fast and cheap/free shipping and friendly helpful service.My go to for Forward Controls Design among other things. Selection isn’t enormous but they carry quality, and if they have it I go here first!
Placed an order with them a couple weeks ago. Once It came in the mail it was not the correct item. I tried getting in touch with them via email phone instagram and the contact us link on their website. Nothing. Customer service is non existent.
This is an amazing company. At a time where other companies are taking days and weeks to ship orders out, they shipped my order the same day. I ordered on a Friday morning and recieved it Monday afternoon. Thats incredible in the current climate of the pandemic and civil unrest. Ive made several orders from other companies since all of that started and Tactica Link is one of only 2 companies that made a shipment that fast. Thats out of probably 10 or 12 orders from 7 or 8 companies. Im not upset at the other companies. Its understandable in the current climate. Its just testament to how great Tactical Link is. Not only did I recieve my order in one business day, but they included an extra item as a free gift. Im not saying that you should expect that with every order. Again, its just a testament to how great Tactical Link is. It was my first order with them, but it guaranteed will not be my last. They will be one of the first places I check from now on when Im looking for an item. All that to say, dont hesitate to do business with Tactical Link. They are a great company with outstanding customer service. A++++++
I bought an item from them to have it sent to my FFL. My FFL did in fact send their info. The customer service person told me maybe you should get the info directly from my FFL I am using. I told him i have not had any problems with my FFL and did an ammo transfer with no issues what so ever. I told him maybe it went to junk??? Bright idea, lets look in junk folder. The FFL i was using, their email with all the info was in the junk folder. He even mentioned there were a lot of FFL orders that went to junk. So, it is possible a lot of customers who were waiting for their item did not get their item shipped or processed because because you guys were waiting for FFL info and it was sitting in the junk folder and didnt go to the inbox. I am glad i followed up on it. Another issue arises....It is now been beyond the 5-day time period which is promised. It got shipped out 8/11/2020 and now it still has not gotten to my FFL. It is now 8/20/2020. This is really ridiculous. I expected better service than this. No one can give me a straight answer to what happened to the package. My FFL is surprised as well.Also to add to the frustration... Your staff isnt contacting me back nor your fedex representative regarding this. What the heck??
Im on the Their email list for info on new products with an additional discount. Ive been subscribed for a while.... 2-3 years maybe. Anyways I did a search on one of their product reviews and the results showed area merchants in my area that sold that product and Tactical Link is not that far 110-120 miles. I live in Midtown Kansas City, Mo., me Fiancé lives in Topeka, KS.....Ive seen Elftmann Tactical Ambidextrous Push Button Speed Safety switch at Tactical Link but now I instant ordered around 8pm and less than an hour the emailed tracking number and shipped.Five Stars Plus!!!!Kelly LaStrange
Tactical Link is my go to online source for my tactical/hunting needs!I had an unusual request being the item/product I originally placed like most peeps (didn’t read the fine print) and really needed to speak to a CS person, in short in a few minutes I got a call from Brad and he took care of my order dilemma with such efficiency I knew I’ve found a source for my future builds & projects not to mention free & fast shipping!My dilemma was the original hand guard I ordered was gonna be too short at 13.5” and after getting dims from BSF Barrels for my custom 24” .224 Valkyrie build the GB would’ve been protruding more than I wanted so I needed to (exchange not return) for the 15” hand guard but because this “Unicorn” item was a (No Return) item I needed to speak to a “live” person to explain it was an exchange & paying the additional cost for the longer hand guard was easily remedied by Brad!He immediately sent me an RMA and also brought to my attention that there was only (1) left in-stock, which I immediately jumped on to secure my order & confirmation!This is the kind of business model I want to give my hard earned money & business to.Thanks Brad!Tawaitai

Good products but terrible customer service, tried to reach out to them to get order straightened out but all I got was a unprofessional response from them. If you order from them dont expect any help if you have trouble, and dont try calling because they wont answer the phone.
I like their products, but the reviews here are 100% correct about useless customer service. I ordered one of their slings and it doesnt cinch up as well as Id like, so I called to ask how to do a return since their website doesnt really have any links or information explaining the process.The man who answered didnt seem interested in explaining anything and kept referring me to their rules and FAQs page thats nothing more than a giant wall of text that *still* doesnt explain what you actually need to do to make a return.Needless to say this will probably be the last time I buy from this company. I dont care how good your products are if you cant be bothered to help the people purchasing them. I think Ill stick to VTAC and Vickers slings from now on.
Id give negative stars if I could.I purchase a sling/mount totaling about $160. When I noticed the lines werent clean and attractive after install I began speaking with tactical links customer service. Their service team then proceeded to tell me that the fit was not good because of the hodgepodge/frankenstein weapon I tried to install it on.Its people like this salesmen that keep individuals from becoming gun enthusiasts. I have been building guns for the better part of a decade and have never seen such poor customer service.Advice for anyone that cares, dont insult new customers that purchase multiple products from your company. Wont use this company ever again and will do my best to ensure that my competition buddies dont either.
Made an order for $650 (anyone who knows gun parts knows this isn’t a lot) next day get an email asking for my full drivers license and picture of my credit card. This company looks like a scam.
