Great service from a young lady named Sandra, she helped my mother switch from a flip phone to a smart phone and sat with her for an hour showing her how to operate it. I will forever be thankful because she was very patient with her and I myself am not tech savvy! Great service and even greater customer service.

The girl who helped me Crystal did great. The other little skinny girl obviously dosent like her job. She was not being helpful with her customer or being professional.

Cricket offers discount prices, but definitely not discount service. Unlike other discount wireless plans where you basically have to figure out everything on your own. Cricket offers helpful employees who will get you set up, transfer numbers to new phone etc. With unlimited data, text and talk Cricket is the best deal in wireless.

Ive been with cricket for a little over a year, always get the best service at the Salina location. This past visit I was helped by Chase, he did a outstanding job with my transaction, he has great customer service and made me feel welcome.

Worst customer service. The manager did not know some of the ins and outs. I basically knew more than she did. Thats because I did a little research and talked to the online operators.Worst phone service. Phone was blacking out and internet was so slow thats because I had the unlimited plan.Yes they do rip people off ( literally )

Terrible they rip me off every chance they get.cheap phones bad services.worst cellphone company I have ever had the displeasure of being connected with.they now charge a fee to take cash in person you have to pay them to pay your bill.THEY OUR GREEDY, RUDE,UNPLEASANT TO SPEAK WITH,AND THE STORE ALWAYS SMELLS LIKE ALCOHOL. They our never open when they say they are.they can never help with a problem, and when they are open it always takes 10 to 15 minutes for them to come out of there back room.

Says they are open but doors locked and no answer on phone so my friend cant pay to get her phone on. also wont take her card for payment over phone suddenly after a year of paying with it so how now can she get assistance? this is the salina, is location.

Worst customer service ever! If you use cricket just hope you dont have any problems. We have not had phone service in 2 weeks . The local store wont answer their phone. An the service center wont check the line without a pin #. Cant get a pin because they will only text it. (DID I MENTION I M NOT GETTING SERVICE SO WOW CAN I CHECK THE TEXT!) They will not check the line or service to the number but they have no problem taking your payments (dont need a pin # for that) and not provide any service. But if you stay on the line the call center located on the subcontinent will keep you waiting and inconvenience you to the best of their ability. Do yourself a favor and pay a little more for At@t, or Verizon.

The staff here are eager to help and very knowledgeable and friendly.

This is hard to rate because the phone service is awesome but when we have made several trips and had problems everytime. The first time they didnt have the phones we wanted and the manager gave a good deal for some screen protectors and case to make the switch. We have 5 people going on the account and didnt have everyone with us so we came back a couple days later she talked me into this gr.eat new phone (which I DO love) but I paid 130 thennless then a weekater its 50 less and the guy waiting on us wouldnt give us the cases or screen protectors. Then he told me that we could get my daughters phone on the progressive plan but didnt say it limits u on how much they give u so now she is beyond disappointed and still no cases or screen protectors. So its a mixed review. We are saving money and the service is great but we have had not a great experience so far. Still no screen protectors or cases!!!
