Be very careful with this company they have tendency to say one thing and do another. The owner Matt is an abrasive, rude person to deal with especially when the installer comes back and finds the laminate floor and carpet was poorly installed. The sad thing is I had to call for weeks for someone to call me or just to come over. No return calls after message after message. Then when Josh shows up with Daniel his partner that promise the world about helping to fix the issue and then set a time to return. Later that day send a picture of the Materials they are going to use to improve the poor quality of work they did just to turn around and ignore texts messages and phone calls about a time you discussed to comeback to do the work. Then come to find Josh is the brother of the owner just to have his owner brother Matt call to deny Josh made those arrangements calling it he said she said. However I have the whole conversation on Ring door bell that shows them agreeing to help fix the issues and materials they are going to bring back and use, instead even after me saying a couple time I have it all recorded Matt still ran with the lie about Josh not saying he would do anything while being loud, rude and arrogant. I had another floor company come out and said the flooring in the bathroom and what they used is cheap, fell apart, peeled and that the whole floor should not do that especially what they charged you for it and not back the work. Lastly Josh’s partner Daniel kept commenting the whole time while going over the job saying the person that did the work did a bad job just to hear Josh tell him it was me who installed this. I have to say the 100% satisfaction guarantee turns out to be a he said she said thing because Matt said he has washed his hands of it and then proceeded to tell me once the floor is fixed They will come back and charge the going rate on everything. I have all texts and video to confirm all of this and it’s really unfortunate that a business that doesn’t care about it reputation still wants to go into other peoples homes and treat them this way please think twice before coming here and don’t leave them to roam your house alone either.

Innovative did a nice job on my carpet install and flooring.Thankyou Gage,Jerry and Levi for the install and doing a good job of cleaning up after everything was done.

I stopped at the store to look at product and pick out a sample but they never contacted me back for a measurement. When I called them back, I had “slipped through the cracks” and they didn’t have me scheduled. This backed up the process for my flooring. I’ve learned to go elsewhere when there is such lackluster performance.

We are VERY happy with our experience with Innovative. Quick, friendly service. The carpet they installed is super soft! We will be back when its time to carpet another room!

Me and my husband are slowly putting new flooring in our entire house using Innovative. Matt and Jeri are amazing and have been so patient with us through the entire process. They have gone above and beyond, and do what they say they will do when they say they will do it. I should probably mention how great their flooring is too :-). The Luxury Vinyl Plank in our living room/ hall is amazing and after well over a year, with lots of pets and kids, looks like its brand new still (and it being waterproof has been wonderful--our kiddo put a snowy pumpkin on it and we didnt realize there was a puddle there for a few days--wiped it up, and flooring was good as new under it). The carpet with the amazing pad they recommended feels so luxurious after almost a year as well. Now we are getting ready to put flooring in our bathrooms and another bedroom, and we wouldnt go anywhere else.

Great people with very reasonable pricing.Jeri helped us with our flooring, countertops and backsplash. Henry did our countertops and Joe installed our flooring and backsplash.All did an outstanding job and we are very happy. We recommend Innovative Flooring,but they do more than floors and might need to change their name. We will be back!

We have a home built in 1915. Decided to remodel with a tile shower of our, well maybe mines dream. Matt and Nicole bent over backwards and put colors together and are making it happen. We have had several obstacles with contractors and such out of our control and they have kept their word. Thank you. One room almost down! Ill know what and not who to hire for the rest of the rooms we remodel. Thank u isnt enough for u all! We appreciate you!

Went in and asked for a countertop in blue. I was told formica would be the cheapest way to go. After they got a price, I returned to the store to find out that they didnt know the difference between a sheet of formica, which I could order at a box store, and a countertop.

Matt is great and easy to work with! They have a WIDE variety of flooring options as well! Highly recommend. Very professional!
