Finally decided to get my radar detector and front/rear facing dash camera wires ran inside the trim and wired into the fuse panel instead of constantly hanging down and taking up my DC plugs.TC at Nu Image Audio was very helpful and took good care of my truck. Cant see the wires now and it looks great! AND it was very reasonably priced!Looking forward to working more with them!

Tints were dine to front windows to match the factory back tints and they turned out great.

TC at Nu Image was able to promptly complete my order of 10 names that needed to be engraved to my soccer teams medals before the season was over. I slacked off on giving the medals to him in a timely manner, I was worried he would tell me he didnt have time. I felt bad for rushing him but he wasnt discouraged. The medals got done so fast, when I needed them, and I was very impressed with how well they came out in such a short notice! He had time to look through fonts and asked my opinion of which one to use. If I ever need something engraved, I know for sure to count on him, and of course, I will be more responsible with my time next time. The kiddos LOVED this idea and they thought their names looked fantastic! Thank you, TC!!

Sold me cheap bass know that didnt work. Employee secretary lady acted snooty and stuck up. Then when I immediately come back asking for refund they mention in store credit only on returned items. What a joke ! Just refund my cash obviously I dont have faith in a product that doesnt work out the box. Ill be going to in the shade in salina from here on out, way better prices and customer service.

Dropped my vehicle off at 9am sharp, after confirming appointment. Waited in town all day for remote start to be installed and they never got to it. I checked in with the front desk lady around 430, she said they are just getting to it and it will be finished around 6. Arrived at just before 6 and it was still parked exactly where I left it. Went inside to see what was going on and was treated like an annoyance and told that they just didnt have time. Customer service was terrible and being lied to when I check back was unacceptable. I will not return

TC did an amazing job on my car stereo install. I gave him a price range and what I was looking for and he came up with the equipment to fit my needs. Owner TC is excellent and delivers as promised. Had a stereo installed a year ago on my Harley street glide and it works flawlessly still, even with all the outdoor elements. His pricing was fair and as stated and delivered when promised. He gave me several quotes with different setups and pricing before hand and never once got frustrated with me in the decision making process. He has been helpful since the sale and install also, and will go back to him for future builds. If he doesnt know the answer he will research until he has the answer and give a no BS response. Thanks to Nu Image Audio - TC and staff - for numerous custom upgrades to my 2016 Ford Transit Van.They designed and installed wiring systems throughout for 110vac, 12v, and upgraded 5.5v usb ports with switching to accommodate four 110v sources - grid, inverter, generator, and Yeti 1250.They configured a 7 inch display to supplement the substandard factory backup camera display and added side and front cameras as well - infinitely better than stock, now usable and for sure safer.Also, they added their ceramic window tint to reduce the heat gain typical of these Transits.The workmanship, attention to detail, and genuine courtesy while working through the many design details of the custom installations was 2nd to none!Now ready to head to Wyoming for the eclipse and then aiming for Alaska and the Arctic Circle.Thanks, Nu Image!
